Excellent stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Had a very lovely, 5 nights stay at The Westin in November 2025 and I have to say that it was absolutely excellent. The attention to details, the politeness and kindness of the staff and the hotel grounds including the beach are outstanding. Location and grounds: within Nusa Dua stretch of hotels. You can have a long stroll on the beach in either directions and you can find local warungs and shops within 10 mins walk. The grounds are lovely maintained and gardening and landscaping is to a high standard. Nice pools which never seemed busy but can’t comment much as mostly used the beach which is very clean with nice soft sand. Lovely, high quality beach furniture/beds. The sea itself it’s very calm, with a very slow slope, clean and warm. Don’t expect any good quality snorkelling of the beach as there isn’t much to see in this area. Room: stayed in a deluxe garden view room - big room, excellent, good quality amenities and cleaned to a high standard; Small touches like fruits and nuts provided during stay. The only slightly negatives feedback I have here is about the balcony which is tiny and without any furniture. The management might want to look into this as the room pictures on the Marriott booking website are misleading and show a big balcony with sofa and nice seating area. Anyway, this did not impact in my stay and pulled one of the chairs from the room on the balcony and enjoyed my morning coffee while listening to the birds. Food and restaurants: excellent quality with top class services at both Ikan and Seasonal Tastes. The breakfast variety and quality must be the best one I’ve seen in a hotel with multiple healthy options, smoothies and freshly cooked options. The food at Ikan is also absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The beers served on the beach from the bar were always crisp cold as they should be. Staff: from the moment I’ve arrived everyone made me feel very welcome; All the staff are so so kind, polite, courteous and professional. Always with a smile on their face and always keen to help and make your stay pleasant. A true Balinese hospitality experience for which I’m grateful. A bit of advice for other guests tho - the staff are there to make your stay pleasant and they treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. Please treat them the same in return, they are not your slave/servants. In conclusion, I would highly recommend The Westin Resort Nusa Dua and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and experience their hospitality again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a family suite, with our two kids (5 and 7 yr old) and had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Premises is very well maintained. Beautiful pool and beach right there. Really great gym with a squat rack, cable machine, everything you need. Kids club was included in the price of the room and the kids really enjoyed it and gave my wife and I some time off for a few hours every day, most of the time when I went to pick the kids up they didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was fantastic, incredible range of western and Asian breakfast food, and barista made coffee all included.

Nice hotel, clean . My room was 3207 I wouldn't recommend getting a room on this side of hotel. At 4.30am staff r dragging chairs in restraunt which is on ground floor of this block . Did inform leader it did stop for 1 morning but started again the rest of my holiday. ALso music starts at 6am . I kept informing leader of this issue nothing changed except for tht 1 morn. Didn't eat in Ikan bc there was an aquarium with live lobsters in for ppl to choose. Westin is a wellness retreat/centre. I was glad to get home for a good nites sleep which I didn't get all my holiday. Most of the staff were 100% amazing n very helpful . The balcony was tiny, and was told tht they r renovating those rooms with tiny balconies to extend the balconies Thts a good outcome. Lot of guests I met said same thing. Shocked when we saw balcony. Was offered diff room but due to my health issues it was too far away from pool n restraunt to walk.

If I could give Westin 10 stars, I would. Coming off 37 hours of travel time, we quickly got our room and it was modern and quiet. I can’t remember ever being welcomed so warmly as the front desk staff did when we arrived in the middle of the night. The extreme kindness kept going from housekeeping to restaurants on site. The spa operates at a very high level and there is not enough space to share all of the amenities they offer. Our successive days were a blessing starting with Suama greeting us at a breakfast buffet that is extravagant beyond measure and we were pampered as if we were the only couple in the room. This hotel is possibly the finest we have ever been and we are filled with gratitude for a thousand small details and double that in large amenities that have made our stay unforgettable!

Enormous hotel with possibly one of the best breakfasts we've had in our travels in regards to choice and an absolutely brilliant gym with everything you need for a complete work out. Lots of healthy food options but limited labelled GF at break . The rooms are a little outdated but suited our needs. We were two teenagers and one adult - we had two queen beds and hired a fold away king single bed for the duration which was sturdy and enormous for 165cm/69kg parent! It meant the room was a little squishy but still great. The pool was very deep and huge , the pool menu was excellent quality and we found all the staff to be super friendly. Complimentary bottled water was provided each day and no request was too much. Nusa Dua itself is more suitable to retirees or couples - not a great deal for teenagers to do so just be prepared to book some day trips. The shuttle bus to Bali Collection was handy.
