The Phoenicia Malta once again, and as always, was an absolutely outstanding experience. Having stayed here in the past, I continue to be impressed by how consistently beautiful, refined, and welcoming this hotel is. The location is unbeatable, right at the gates of Valletta, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything the city has to offer. The property itself is stunning, seamlessly combining timeless elegance with modern comfort. The staff are truly wonderful; warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every stay memorable. Every detail, from the spotless rooms to the exceptional dining and thoughtful service, was impeccable. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard over the years, but The Phoenicia Malta continues to set the benchmark. I look forward to returning again soon.

It is a beautiful, well-maintained, property in the style of grand hotels. The rooms are very well maintained and serviced. The main positive is the staff, who are all super helpful and friendly. They seem to be relatively happy too, as they seem to stick with the hotel themselves. It is priced in the luxury price bracket but if you can afford it, worth the money.

I have been visiting and staying at the Phoenicia Hotel for many years now and can confidently say that it offers one of the finest levels of service I have experienced among luxury five-star hotels worldwide. The staff are consistently warm, courteous, and highly professional. The food is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options that perfectly complement the hotel’s exceptional service. The quality of service at the hotel never wavers and remains outstanding with every visit. Exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel!

Welcoming & helpful team awaits, we’ve had consistently good service here. I have to make special mention of Robert John Kennedy at the pool. He offered exceptional service all day, every day. What an asset to any service business. The restaurant is fabulous, and the pool area is immaculate. You’re well located to walk into Valletta and the main sights of Malta. The rooms are clean and maintained if simple, my only complaint would be that the showers are over the bath & I never like that. The clientele tend to be middle aged +, we didn’t see any children so be mindful of that (though we were here in early Autumn when the schools were back). The gardens are very nice to walk around.
