Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Neffer, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and were freshly serviced every day to a very high standard. The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and consistently enjoyable meals throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, attractions, and transport links all just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Malta. Overall, this is a very accommodating hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Malta, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

All the staff were so lovely, helpful and kind!! Especially Karan a male member of housekeeping staff who was very kind, welcoming and helpful, he cleaned the room to a high standard! The rooms are spacious and bathroom was very modern and beautiful (low pressure in the shower though), however, the balcony does need repairs but still ok. Great facilities including the gym, indoor pool and restaurants! Lovely touch is that you’re able to access the private beach club connecting to the hotel with a free towel and sun bed token as well very fairly priced food and drinks in the day and evening. Unfortunately during my stay an incident happened but the staff were all so helpful and made me feel safe and secure as well as coming back later in the day to check on me again. Thank you so much for a positive and pleasant experience :)

This hotel was perfect location in St.Julians. To get a complimentary upgrade just email them. Also, i asked for a complimentary birthday gift and they provide chocolate and prosecco, so sweet. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, and nice balcony overlooking the garden. Bathrooms had a shower and tub, nice big mirrors & lighting for makeup. Only complaint is our door didnt close properly and we always had to tug to ensure it closed. There closet had robes & slippers which is a must for me. Breakfast buffet was great, a nice variety with coffee bar, egg ordering station. I went twice for €24/day. Nice decor and 2min walk to Paceville strip for nightlife. The bus stop is around the corner, 5-7min walk. They even have a back door from nightlife street to enter the hotel. Across the street from a mall and plenty food spots.

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Malta and was truly impressed overall. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and offers both large indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are many restaurants to choose from, the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional staff. At one point, the room felt a bit cold for my little daughter, so I kindly asked if they could assist us. They immediately went above and beyond — bringing a radiator, two blankets, and doing everything possible to make us comfortable. I was especially impressed when the Guest Experience Executive personally came to apologize. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always smiling. As a lovely surprise, they also brought my daughter a beautiful toy along with some sweets and chocolates — such a thoughtful gesture, especially since we were not upset at all. We simply asked politely for a bit of help. This experience truly shows how much the hotel cares about its guests. The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism is outstanding, and it made our stay even more special. A special thank you to Mina McBride for her kindness and professionalism — it truly made our stay even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely return with great confidence.

This is a great hotel with a convenient placement. Make sure you get a club room with access to the 15th floor club lounge. Nice pool areas on both 10th and 19th floor. Make sure you have access to the 19th floor. The breakfast is great and so was also all the other servings at the hotel. The neighboring party street is NOT for kids to put it nice, so stay clear of that. Probably quite cool if you are here as 18 year old to party. The gym was amazing, and also the indoor pool with sauna and cool tub was great. Recommend this place
