Highly recommended. Amazing place to stay. Beautiful location, well connected with public transport and feel safe. Wide variety of rooms for everyone’s need and sumptuous breakfast meal options. Loved the daily breakfast as it had more varieties for vegetarians as well. Lovely team and the service they provide is great. We would love to stay back here everytime during our Visit to Malta. Small recommendation as the size of the indoor pool is small , sometimes it gets crowded if the weather goes bad outdoors. Otherwise kid friendly hotel with lots of amenities. Definitely will visit again!

stayed at this hotel in Sliema and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room service food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and offered enough variety to start the day well. I stayed in a deluxe room, which was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony that I really enjoyed. The location is another big advantage — it’s very convenient and offers easy access to nearby areas. The only downside was that I visited during the New Year holiday, and the indoor swimming pool was quite small and often busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Sliema.

Stayed here for six nights and had a great experience. The location is ideal in Sliema—easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and shops, and convenient for getting around the island. Staff were consistently friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop terrace/pool is a standout with excellent views, especially around sunset. Breakfast had a solid selection and good quality. Would happily stay again.

I liked this hotel! The room was really nice and spacious. The dinner was interesting, we tried typical Maltese dishes. I was disappointed from the breakfast on the last day of our stay, because it was announced that the breakfast starts at 6:30 am, but I waited for fried eggs almost 40 minutes. The steam bath was strange.

Our stay at AX The Palace Malta was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Navo and the front desk team, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, they truly made us feel welcome. At the pool bar, Dominca and her team were equally amazing, attentive, warm, and always ready with a smile. They really made our time by the pool extra special. Our room was stunning, with a spacious layout and a private terrace, this was an upgraded suite; simply incredible! The spa facilities throughout the hotel were brilliant, perfect for unwinding and relaxing, great private terrace, with indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall, everything about our stay met our expectations from the service to the amenities.I highly recommend AX The Palace Malta to anyone looking for a short stay in Malta.
