Peninsula Tokyo was our first stop in Japan and we spent four nights at this wonderful hotel. We reserved the most basic room and still found it luxurious and extremely spacious. The decor in the rooms and in common spaces is beautiful and everything in the hotel is impeccable. Moreover, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Although this is a nicer hotel, it doesn’t feel uptight or pretentious and it is kid-friendly. The swimming pool was a wonderful benefit during the typhoon. In-house restaurants, particularly Hei Fung Terrance, were also excellent. Truly no notes for improvement on this fabulous hotel. Everything was impeccable and made for the perfect start to our trip.

This is one of the best hotels I ever had the pleasure of staying. First time at a Peninsula and now, I just want more. It is hard to talk about something that is pure excellence, even when they made mistakes, the fix was perfect. Rooms are beautiful, staff super professional and helpful, service and everything just above and beyond. A few things: Peter is overrated, go to Mon Cher, it’s way better. Better food and service. Peter is just good for the view and that’s it. The breakfast at the lobby is weird. Such a beautiful entrance but filled with people eating… Also, ok, worst thing of the hotel is the breakfast, it was OK. Not worth it. Had problems with my TV on the second night and my mom’s room got some light problems a few nights before we left. Really nice to fix kinda fast but nothing for a “sorry for this” a gift or something. Overall, perfect stay.

Peninsula hotel sitting at the corner of Hibiya park and Ginza, offers excellent convenience to various fun activities around neighbourhood. The room is well-designed with a large bathroom and dressing room. It features comfortable bedding and light & curtain design. The only disappointment is Peninsula doesn’t have breakfast buffet, however the neighbours have many great food, you will never stop be amazed!

OMG Beautiful Hotel. The service and staff members were so nice and polite. From the front door to the check in was so friendly and easy! Everyone was so eager to welcome us for our 3-night stay. The room was huge and super clean. The view from the 23rd floor was super awesome! Totally enjoyed the breakfast at The Lobby the first morning! Excellent! My wife is a vegetarian and is limited on what she can eat, but the gentleman at The Lobby restaurant recommended the Chinese restaurant Hei Fung Terrace. Wow was that beyond excellent! The staff was super nice, and our server Sarah was such a delight and super sweet! We hit the bar all three nights and the bar staff was super nice and remembered us from the previous nights! The last evening, we went to Hibiya Mon Cher Ton Ton for another excellent meal and experience. Wow. Overall, this was a great place for our last few days in Japan. Totally recommend if you're looking for a super clean, friendly, and easy to get around location. Will be back!!

I’ve stayed at luxury hotels worldwide, but The Peninsula Tokyo is in a league of its own. The location is unbeatable—right across from the Imperial Palace and steps from Ginza—but the real magic is inside. The Highlights: • The Spa & Pool: Truly the crown jewel. The indoor pool is a stunning, serene escape and the spa offerings are world-class. It’s the perfect place to reset after a long flight. • The Rooms: Incredibly spacious by Tokyo standards. The attention to detail is wild, from the built-in nail dryer in the vanity to the spa-like soaking tubs. • Service: Flawless. The staff is intuitive, professional, and makes you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. If you want a blend of traditional Japanese hospitality and modern luxury, this is it. Worth every penny!
