Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and maintained perfectly throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does a phenomenal job ensuring that both the rooms and the hotel's public areas feel incredibly fresh and pristine at all times. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. I want to give a very special shoutout to the Journey Ambassador Manager, Wally Chacon. Wally went completely above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His genuine friendliness, proactive attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel incredibly valued. It’s rare to encounter someone so passionate about making guests feel welcome, and Wally’s efforts were the absolute highlight of our experience. The hotel's location in Shinjuku is also wonderfully convenient for exploring Tokyo, and returning to such a relaxing, welcoming environment after a long day of sightseeing was exactly what we needed. I travelled to Tokyo with my kids, stayed at the shinjuku Hilton. The hotel was brilliant in giving us lovely rooms. Staff was very welcoming, accommodating and anticipated our needs. Waly, the manager, Pricilla, and their team were exceptional in welcoming. Waly’s client services are excellent and he really makes guests feel welcome & special. My kids were so comfortable and welcome at the Hilton Shinjuku that they refused to move to the legendary Imperial Hotel which we had booked as an experience for two additional nights. I can rave enough about this hotel. Location is excellent- close to everything. Service is prompt and very good. Breakfast was the highlight specially the Indian option in breakfast was different every day. Rooms are decent size. Indian breakfast: sabudana Khichdi, bhaji pao, chole, oat khichdi.
