A family holiday to remember for a lifetime. From the moment you enter the reception this is a destination that fills you with awe, excitement and inspiration of Balianese culture, warmth and hospitality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a combination of Indonesian and modern European design. This flows through to the 9 Food & Beverage venues with epic landscapes of water features, pools, tropical gardens and an ocean beach. The breakfast Buffett was a daily highlight featuring Indonesian, Asian, European choices with customisable a-la-cart items, coffee and beverages. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and genuinely happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as they can. We felt very special and anything we asked for was easily accommodated. Highly recommend the Chinese Dim Sum lunch at Bae Yun on the weekend and Japanese Hot Pot anytime. We loved the pool and beach at The Reef Restaurant and spent whole days on the sun lounges with lots of swimming. With a toddler learning to swim the shallow bay areas of the main pool offered her the ability to stand and build her confidence in the water. The waterslide was fun too!! We visited the Kids club a couple of times and there was bikes, cars, tunnels and toys for lots of activities. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended and we will be back again for another holiday soon!!

The Apurva Kempinski Bali is truly one of the most stunning hotels I have ever visited. From the moment you arrive, the grand architecture and breathtaking ocean view make you feel like stepping into a luxurious Balinese palace. The service is exceptional. Every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They really go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities are world class, from the beautiful infinity pools to the private beach access. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very well maintained. Breakfast offers a huge variety of high quality options, and the dining experience overall is fantastic. This resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway, special celebrations, or even just to enjoy Bali in the most luxurious way possible. Absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended and I cannot wait to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay and were truly impressed with this property. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. The staff at the kids’ pool were outstanding, always attentive and even knowing our children by name, which made us feel completely at ease. The kids’ pool with slides was a big hit and a real highlight for our family. The property itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities throughout. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast at the lounge level was very good, with a great selection and relaxed atmosphere. The kids’ club was good and had some nice activities with the highlight being the visit of the Koral Aquarium on the property, though the indoor space could benefit from an upgrade (e.g. use the space better with a jungle gym, slides on one side). The outdoor playground has just been extended, which is great to see, but additional sun cover would make it even better. Overall, an amazing property with thoughtful service and great family offerings. The beach was beautiful as well. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning with our family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The breakfast buffet at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was absolutely amazing. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were outstanding, with something to suit every taste. Special thanks to Sari and Gotra, who were fantastic in taking orders and made the experience even more enjoyable with their friendly, attentive service. They truly went above and beyond. A perfect way to start the day — highly recommended!

Stunning Resort & Exceptional Staff, With a Few Dining Letdowns Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was absolutely beautiful. The resort is breathtaking, and our villa was everything we dreamed of for our anniversary trip. The private pool, the large soaking tub, and the outdoor shower created such a luxurious and relaxing experience. The staff was truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. They really made our stay memorable. Our only disappointment came from the dining experiences. We visited two restaurants on the property and unfortunately both fell short. At the beachside restaurant, several of the items we wanted from the menu were unavailable. At the rooftop restaurant, we were excited to try the pineapple shisha — especially since it was displayed in the lobby video — but after sitting down and ordering, we were told it wasn’t available. This was discouraging, especially since we were celebrating our anniversary and looking forward to that specific moment. We also considered dining at the underwater restaurant, but before booking we asked if we could take a quick peek to get a sense of the atmosphere — especially after our earlier restaurant disappointments. We were told we couldn’t enter without a reservation, so we skipped it altogether. It would have been nice to at least view the space to decide if it was worth the experience. Aside from the restaurant issues, everything about the resort itself was exceptional. The villa, the setting, the amenities, and especially the service made our stay wonderful. With improvements to dining availability and flexibility, this resort would easily be a perfect 5-star experience.
