The Sofitel Nusa Dua was perfect! We have been here twice so far and everything is exceptional. Particularly the service and amenities which were well presented. The rooms are gorgeous and there are multiple pools to utilise. All restaurants serve lovely food, our waiter Devayana was very sweet and went above and beyond to provide us with anything we needed. Overall 9.5/10, some of their pool bar menu could be revised as it was a little basic but apart from that everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

The vibe at the resort was wonderful. We already knew some of the staff from our last visit in 2022/2023 including Billy and Asti at the pool bar. Their team were just as amazing and we'd visit most days - it was so much fun! The restaurant staff were lovely too and Ria would come by our table during breakfast each morning and say a quick hi and ensuring we had everything we needed. Staff were not only friendly and attentive but fast and efficient - they were across everything. The buffet cuisine for breakfast and dinner at Kwazeen was delicious with so much choice and our meals at Cucina restaurant was delectable. We also attended the New Years eve gala at Cucina again and we loved it just as much. Our bedroom was great, spacious and very clean too with those extra touches such as an extensive pillow menu. All in all, another excellent experience all round and we’ll be back in the future.

First time in Bali and don't regret choosing Sofitel for 12 nights. Sofitel Nusa Dua bali was absolutely lovely with the most friendly and happy staff. Our experience at the Millesime club was exceptional with a wonderful bunch of ladies always happy to help us in anyway! Special mention to 'Yuli', in the club lounge who ensured nothing was too much trouble for her and the other wonderful ladies for our service. Our kids enjoyed every moment at Sofitel and the club and both my husband and I were overwhelmed with the warm welcome by all the staff.... Definitely an exceptional family friendly hotel... We will be back! 💕

Stayed for 7N with a package from Luxury Escape. The whole experience was sublime. Highlights: - L'Occitane amenities: quiet elevation to the whole experience - Brekky: thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Kwe Zeen. Great food rotation. Sri also made the whole experience warmer. - Favourite spot: Toya beach bar. A laid back spot by the beach, charcoal bbq for dinner, and the ambience is just 🌟 - The pool and the landscape package: can float, with drinks, and bask in the lush trees and fragipanis all day long We’ve come back feeling recharged and ready 2026. Thank you for having us.

Cannot fault the high standard of service and friendliness of the staff at the Sofitel. We stayed in a 2 bed villa and were given excellent care by butlers Yuli, Nicky, Darwin and Danis. The grounds are immaculately maintained and the location is beautiful with a great walking path out the front. The only opportunity we saw for improvement was we would like more Indonesian food at the pool bar and beachfront restaurant.
