Exceptional service from start to finish My stay at SLS Dubai, Business Bay was outstanding, made truly memorable by the exceptional people behind the experience. From the very first moment I arrived, Tristan at reception set the tone with a warm, professional welcome — he was the first person I met, and his attentiveness immediately made me feel at ease. Hana from Guest Relations was wonderful throughout my stay — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was seamless and comfortable. The room itself was beautifully presented, and when I requested a quick refresh, it was attended to promptly and efficiently, which I greatly appreciated. Room service was impeccable thanks to Devi and Matuma, who delivered not only prompt service but also a level of care and courtesy that felt personal and sincere. A special mention to Kantush from Concierge, whose assistance was efficient, proactive, and always handled with proper follow-through. Every request was met with clarity, speed, and professionalism. This level of consistency across teams is rare and speaks volumes about the service culture at SLS Dubai. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for refined hospitality with a personal touch.

I’m currently staying here and really loving the vibe. The location is perfect, super close to Dubai Mall and everything you need. What stood out to me is the room's lighting—it’s actually bright and very flattering, which is so rare to find in hotels! It makes getting ready so much easier. Also, even the iron and board were high quality and worked perfectly, which shows they really care about the small things. The bathroom is spacious and the lighting there is just as good. I especially loved the toiletries (shampoo and conditioner); I have color-treated hair that’s usually hard to style, but these felt like salon-quality products and left my hair feeling great. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony is stunning, and having a balcony in both the bedroom and living room is a huge plus. Service is very modern—you can just WhatsApp for room service, which I found very convenient. A huge thanks to Mina at the front desk for the smooth check-in and the birthday upgrade! He was very professional and kind. Only small notes: the valet can get a bit crowded/busy, and the food is a bit expensive for the taste, but overall, it’s a beautiful and classy place to stay. Highly recommended!
