We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. All the staff members were friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon and mentioned it to Lia, the wonderful staff member who escorted us to our room. She surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake and tasty dates waiting in our room — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The pools are beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich and varied. I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, especially thanks to the exceptional service we received!

The atmosphere was stunning—beautiful views, great music, and a relaxed yet vibrant vibe that made the evening feel special. A special thank-you to Manager Chimmy, who truly elevated our visit. Chimmy was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. From helping us pick the perfect outdoor table to checking in throughout the night, she made sure everything was seamless. It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service from the entire team was consistently on point. We all left impressed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable weekend night out in Dubai!
