We had spent 3 nights at SLS dubai and the experience was absolutely amazing. Well maintained hotel, rooms were amazing staff behavior and hospitality was top notch. Food was really good. My only concern is that as I booked a premium room on high floor I expected a great city view of burj khalifa but unfortunately my room type only had views of creek view. Though the view was awesome but I dint get what I expected the city view. They later moved me to a city view room on the last night but on a much lower floor. Except this everything else was awesome.

From the moment I exited my taxi for check in, I was greeting like royalty. Staff was always smiling and willing to help. Hotel smells amazing after you walk in and the rooms were very elegantly decorated. I also appreciate that upon check-in, the front desk informed me of all the perks associated with my credit card.
