I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful stay I had on the 16th–23rd September. Having quite severe mobility issues, and although the hotel is not really wheelchair friendly, it was truly unforgettable due to the exceptional service and hospitality provided to me by the entire team. Everyone I encountered was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. I especially would like to thank Octavian, the manager, who went to extraordinary lengths to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. A big, massive thank you to Margarita on reception, whose kindness in helping to organize an emergency trip to the town went above and beyond. Lastly, I want to thank the animation team for the fantastic entertainment they provided. A special thank you goes to Mollie, Eliska, and Johanna. You three were the highlight of the stay; your energy, talent, and enthusiasm were infectious. You always went above and beyond, making sure I was okay and having a good time, always making the time to stop by for a chat, and always making sure to make me feel included in all the activities. All your hard work and positive attitudes truly have made a difference to my holiday, especially on karaoke night!!! Thank you again for all the great memories! A pretty good place for a family vacation in Greece. The rooms are spacious and clean; I had a two-room cottage, not the hotel section. Daily cleaning was very efficient. The food was extensive and, above all, delicious. Pancakes are available by the pool, as well as other buffet dishes, including delicious pita bread. The hotel's location right by the sea adds to its charm and allows for a morning jog in excellent conditions. The outdoor gym is a bit worn out, but you can still get in a workout in the morning. The service was very friendly and efficient. The only thing you can smile about is getting on the balcony for a meal. A big plus is the entertainment team; they were great with both children and adults. The pools are also good, especially for children, and even in August, they weren't crowded at all. There's a waterslide for fun. The only drawback is the constant toleration of sunbeds being occupied the day before; this kind of attitude is a real plague.

– Both Constructive Criticism and Constructive Criticism: 1. The room can only be opened from the inside using a key – there is no handle. Electricity in the room is activated only when the key is placed in the slot near the door. From a safety perspective, in case of an emergency exit, one must first cut the electricity, then fumble in the dark to insert the key into the slot, and only then open the door. 2. We received only one key for a room of three people, since the hotel did not have an additional key available. 3. One morning, it was impossible to get drinking water or coffee. All the coffee machines were out of service, and no drinking water was available—even bottled mineral water was not provided at the bar. 4. Throughout our five-day stay, there was no hot water in the shower. We had to shower with cold water, which was very uncomfortable. 5. To receive pool towels, guests are required to deposit €10 per towel at the lobby. The towels provided were old, worn out, and even torn. 6. In the dining hall, we were four people wanting to sit together. It was not possible to add a chair to any table, and when we asked for assistance, the staff shouted at us. The treatment was unpleasant and aggressive. 7. Communication with the staff was difficult—every request was met with refusal or lack of understanding. 8. Regarding the specialty restaurants: one must choose the main dish in the morning by 2 p.m., which feels very restrictive. 9. The housekeeping staff was observed wiping dirty tea cups with a towel and placing them back in the room, instead of properly washing or replacing them. Positive Notes: 1. The pool is enjoyable and inviting. 2. Easy and pleasant access to the beach. 3. The food in the main dining hall is tasty. 4. The air conditioning in the rooms is strong and comfortable. However, the AC unit is located on the balcony, causing the floor there to constantly be wet from dripping water.

The hotel is quite old and it would need a reconstruction. It is particulalry noticable in bathrooms, which are almost falling apart. Food is good for most of the time, one day it was tasteless, maybe depends on the cook. Be aware that water from the machine tastes weird. Staff is friendly, we had no problem. To my surprise cleaning lady spoke english. Also, english is spoken everywhere, except french animators. Beach is rocky, water is shallow but I wouldn't say it's suitable for children. Public area around the hotel is not particularly nice. Don't take train ride, absolutely not worth the money. It is tour de hotel instead of visiting places. Very annoying and expensive. TL;DR - this hotel if fine if you get it for a good price, but don't expect anything near 5*

The managers wrote a negative review for my previous review, which they quickly deleted. But Google remembers everything. And people remember too. Therefore, I will write you a comment on that deleted text. After you ruined the vacation of 140 people, you still blame us for this? You say that we came like poor people and did not want to pay for anything? We paid almost 140 thousand euros. Out of season. And we had the right to expect at least basic attention for our money. AND RESPECT. And when your hotel wanted to get this order, you promised all the good things in the world. Only you quickly forgot about it. Your staff did not want to work even for money. We were ready to pay extra for everything right at the hotel, but the reception was deliberately mocking, openly rude and yelling at people. You deliberately turned off the wifi, you meanly and covertly did various petty dirty tricks to annoy people as painfully as possible. At the same time as this group, we have another group staying at the Athina Palace Resort & Spa 5. For three years in a row we have been sending large groups to the Atali Grand Resort 4*. This is real Greece! This is where real hospitality is! You cannot be put next to them! And instead of drawing conclusions, apologizing and improving the service, you shift everything onto the guests? Do you want us to write 140 reviews and also tell the details? It is very easy to do...
