The hotel is terrible. There are cockroaches running around in the shared restrooms, and the service is of a very low standard. The staff selectively pick on guests regarding what they are wearing and who is allowed to enter for lunch or dinner. The dishes are dirty — during the entire week, I did not come across a single clean plate or piece of cutlery. The hairdryer in the room barely worked. They tried to repair it several times, but nothing changed. The worst part is that the staff deceive guests out of their money. Towels are issued only after paying a deposit. When you leave a €20 deposit, you are supposed to receive a receipt. We were not given one. We asked the receptionist whether we should receive any additional document, but she said no. During check-out, another employee informed us that the receipt was mandatory; otherwise, the deposit would not be refunded. When we explained that they should have records of the deposit, she said she would look for them. After a long search, she found a receipt, but only for two people, and stated that she would return only €40 instead of €60. When we showed that we had three towel cards, had arrived as a group of three, and that the booking had been made for three guests, we asked how it was possible that only two towels had been issued. She replied that it did not matter to her and that the documents listed only two people. We asked her to contact the colleague who had processed the deposit, but were told that she was off that day. We then suggested checking the CCTV recordings. The employee made a phone call and then informed us that the manager was not on site, so they would not show us the footage and that we would need to send an email request instead. From all of this, we concluded that situations like this have probably happened here before. In the end, our money was never returned. In addition, there is a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

We are so disappointed about this hotel, we booked a bungalow but they decided to give us a room we didn’t want in a flour still not yet finished with painting…after many tentative they said go see this bungalow if u like. Wel all rooms were not clean at all.so we asked if they could clean again cause I’m allergic en have a baby of 6 mounts.i hope we can forget about this an still enjoy our vacation who needs to start today.

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful stay I had on the 16th–23rd September. Having quite severe mobility issues, and although the hotel is not really wheelchair friendly, it was truly unforgettable due to the exceptional service and hospitality provided to me by the entire team. Everyone I encountered was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. I especially would like to thank Octavian, the manager, who went to extraordinary lengths to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. A big, massive thank you to Margarita on reception, whose kindness in helping to organize an emergency trip to the town went above and beyond. Lastly, I want to thank the animation team for the fantastic entertainment they provided. A special thank you goes to Mollie, Eliska, and Johanna. You three were the highlight of the stay; your energy, talent, and enthusiasm were infectious. You always went above and beyond, making sure I was okay and having a good time, always making the time to stop by for a chat, and always making sure to make me feel included in all the activities. All your hard work and positive attitudes truly have made a difference to my holiday, especially on karaoke night!!! Thank you again for all the great memories! A pretty good place for a family vacation in Greece. The rooms are spacious and clean; I had a two-room cottage, not the hotel section. Daily cleaning was very efficient. The food was extensive and, above all, delicious. Pancakes are available by the pool, as well as other buffet dishes, including delicious pita bread. The hotel's location right by the sea adds to its charm and allows for a morning jog in excellent conditions. The outdoor gym is a bit worn out, but you can still get in a workout in the morning. The service was very friendly and efficient. The only thing you can smile about is getting on the balcony for a meal. A big plus is the entertainment team; they were great with both children and adults. The pools are also good, especially for children, and even in August, they weren't crowded at all. There's a waterslide for fun. The only drawback is the constant toleration of sunbeds being occupied the day before; this kind of attitude is a real plague.
