The resort is very well maintained and the facilities are in good condition. The room was spacious and included access to a shared private pool, which made the stay very relaxing. There are several dining options, including both à la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants, with quality food available throughout the day. The resort also has multiple bars serving excellent drinks and cocktails. The private beach is another highlight. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming during the stay. Overall, it is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Heraklion area and looking for a comfortable all-inclusive resort experience.

Amazing hotel! The facilities are great and the food and drinks are of a really high standard. All of the staff are attentive and friendly. Herson in particular has been fantastic since our first day. He has always found a table for us on the terrace, he knows our order before we sit down and always has a smile on his face :) He is a credit to the Mitsis Royal Mare!

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, making it an excellent choice for families. The only thing worth mentioning is that some areas of the property may feel a bit dated compared to newer resorts, but everything is kept in very good condition and the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. The food is excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay. The à la carte restaurants are particularly impressive and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel experience. The location is great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would gladly return. Highly recommended

The rooms are clean and tidy, the mini bar a nice extra. Service was excellent in the à la carte restaurants. A special mention for Afrodite who greeted us with a cheery smile each time and made us feel welcome. The food was 5*, absolutely amazing. A special mention also for Maria at the Delphinia pool bar who works tirelessly each day but always has a smile ( she makes amazing cocktails!!) Good location, the beach at the end of the Hotel, and not too far from shops and bars.
