Excellent hotel complex with an amazing atmosphere and amazing location. Excellent service, always smiling and helpful staff, especially Mr. Capitain - attentive, helpful and nice every time he serves us. Upon arrival, the assistant manager of the hotel was waiting for us, she showed us the entire complex. There are several a la carte restaurants with a selection of delicious delicacies. The chefs here are masters. Every prepared meal is a taste experience. Accommodation is in beautiful rooms with sufficient space, which are cleaned daily with absolute perfection, the minibar is regularly replenished. There are several pools within the complex - we had our own private one, so there is no shortage of sunbeds :-). The hotel's private beach is cozy with enough sunbeds. In addition, clean towels are always ready. Several bars with a sufficient offer of drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the night buffet, which closed at 4 in the morning - and also with a great offer of dishes. For us, an amazing experience !!! Thank you!!!

We had a fabulous week here. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel grounds are really well maintained, everywhere you look it’s stunning. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly Maria in Kalypso pool bar and the ladies on reception. The food was great in all of the restaurants/ à la carte’s - we especially loved the creperie. This is easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in and would definitely return.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The rooms were always kept lovely and clean, the mini fridge in our room restocked daily and fresh towels given daily. There are multiple bars throughout the hotel where you get lots of food and drink options. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We also rented a car in the hotel which the man was very helpful with giving us ideas as to where to go in Crete. The creperie was our favourite and there was a lady who was working there on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday and she was so kind and is an asset to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Mitsis Royal Mare. We really enjoyed our vacation from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the rooms were beautiful and cleaned every day. There was one small incident with another hotel guest who was bothering my girlfriend. The bartenders at Delphinia Bar helped us immediately, and we really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. It made us feel safe and well taken care of. We would also like to give a special thanks to Maria, who works at Delphinia Bar. She was incredibly kind and always took great care of us. She even surprised us by bringing us drinks, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Overall, our experience at Mitsis Royal Mare was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

We had a lovely stay overall. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pools were great, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, and the towel service made everything really easy. A special mention goes to Herson at the rooftop bar, who was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooftop bar also has stunning views, making it a great place to relax in the evening. The food was good overall—while it wasn’t the highlight of the holiday, there was a good selection and we always found something enjoyable to eat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
