If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant, plus A la carte service offered at the Themed Restaurants of the hotel, where table reservation is required. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

    • Offers a fine-dining experience featuring freshly prepared seafood dishes, including the must-try caramelized scallops.

  • The Creperie & Gelateria:

  • The Snack Corner:

    • Located by the pool is the perfect spot to grab a light bite or street food like hot dogs, sandwiches, and wraps.

    Best Holiday Ever!!! We recently stayed at the Mitsis Laguna in Crete over the October half-term and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever experienced! Everything was 5-star quality – from the food and drinks at the main restaurant, the beach and pool bars, as well as the Alacarte restaurants, to the services offered, every detail was exceptional!! The staff made our stay unforgettable and nothing was ever too much to ask, and they all went above and beyond. A special mention goes to Thanasis, who was not only incredibly personable but also highly competent at his job, he made us feel so welcome and well cared for. A huge thank you also to the wonderful ladies at the Spa – Paulina Helen, Elena and Irene – for their professionalism and warmth. Their treatments were heavenly and added so much to our holiday. We also want to thank Yulia, the photo shoot lady, who gave us an amazing experience and a beautiful package of photos that we will cherish forever. What stood out most was the way Mitsis Laguna treats all their guests with equal respect and kindness, regardless of race or background. This inclusive atmosphere made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. Our time here was absolutely incredible and we all thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We’ve already been recommending Mitsis Laguna to our friends and family, and we would 100% return again. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable holiday! We will be back again this year!!

    Just returned from a week at the fantastic Mitsis Laguna! I’d rate my stay a 4.5 out of 5! To start with: - Fantastic clean rooms with all that you need, with a freshly stocked minibar everyday! - Great food, and wide variety, with the quality being fantastic from the buffet right to the a la cartes! - Really friendly staff and great service all around! Giannis especially working around the pool serving us drinks really stood out to us! Very attentive service! - Grounds - all very well maintained and clean. Very impressive! - Location! Great location if you’re looking to stay in your hotel and unwind - the beach is nice but a tad rocky so you have to swim further down if you want to be in the sea! The only things preventing this from being a 5 star review for me was there was not a single mirror outside the bathroom in the rooms which made getting ready quite a challenge due to all the condensation, and the beach area could do with a little more maintenance! Compared to the other Mitsis hotels I’ve been to, which all had a nice beach side bar area with seating, the beach only had a “cart” if you will. While I had everything you needed, I felt it let the site down a bit and made it feel much more tatty than it actually is! Overall, a fantastic stay, and with a few small improvements, it really would be one of the best places we’ve stayed!

    The hotel looks great, the facilities were nice. The food was average but not impressive. The best food was on the beach, the restaurants not so much. breakfast at the buffet also gets repetitive. The room is clean and everything you need is there. You have to use the do not disturb sign, as staff comes by like 10 times a day for every different task (clean towels, mini bar, beach towels, cleaning etc). if you have a late flight, they let you store luggage in a room and use all facilities which was very nice. The pool, the beach and the beds were all nice. The hotel bed is very comfortable and the room can be made fairly dark for light sleepers.

    Great holiday. The Italian restaurant was our favourite. Roula and Spyros were amazing waiters and recommended the best food! Toto and Ana kept the kids and adults entertained. Our second stay here and won't be our last! Excellent holiday!

    We just returned from a fantastic week at Mitsis Laguna Resort in Crete, and I have to say, the service here is some of the best we’ve ever experienced—even better than Club Med. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge shout-out to the sports team for keeping us active and entertained, the champagne & sushi bar team for their amazing service and delicious offerings, and the restaurant teams—especially Violetta, Theodor, and so many others—who made every meal a delight. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality across all five restaurants. The resort itself is stunning, right on the beach with beautiful views. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the facilities—pools, spa, private beach—were all top-notch. Our kids loved the kids’ club, and the evening entertainment was always fun. There are just a couple of small things that could be improved: the wine is always served warm (we Americans love our drinks chilled!), and the restaurant reservation system can be a bit chaotic. A simple investment in a wine chilling system (like Lechiller) and a more streamlined booking process would make a big difference. Overall, Mitsis Laguna Resort is an outstanding choice for a luxury getaway in Crete. The service, location, and amenities are all fantastic, and the team truly makes you feel at home. We’d come back in a heartbeat—just keep that champagne and sushi coming, and maybe chill the wine a little! 😊 Tips: Book a sea-view room—it’s worth every penny. Make restaurant reservations as soon as you can. The private beach is perfect for a peaceful afternoon.
