Our stay at Salalah Rotana Resort was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the facilities were excellent. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were breathtaking, and every detail made our vacation truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to everyone

I had an outstanding experience at Salalah Rotana Resort. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, spacious and spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and all facilities, including the pools and private beach, were impeccably clean. Every detail reflected excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Salalah and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Salalah Rotana Resort during the Khareef season. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, with lush greenery and a relaxing environment that made our vacation truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. A special thanks goes to Rizwan from the room service team. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. His excellent service and positive attitude made a real difference to our experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and we would happily recommend Salalah Rotana Resort to anyone visiting Salalah during the Khareef season. We look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed our holiday a lot where we had lots of fun in the aqua park, the sea, the swimming pool and especially in the dining room. Anas especially looked after us in the dining room and he makes the best hot chocolates in the world. We also really appreciated the assistance from Anjalika who also helped in the restaurant and always was kind and polite. Imelda and Monther also really helped our booking and made sure everything is perfect and ensured we had fun.

We recently stayed at Salalah Rotana Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The complimentary welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch. A special mention to the Saffron restaurant team during breakfast they were attentive, friendly, and consistently provided excellent service. The staff member who assisted us from our room to the car during checkout was also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, an incident involving a shuttle bus driver left us feeling uncomfortable, particularly as it occurred in front of our children. What disappointed us most was how the complaint was initially handled. There was no apology when we reported to front desk, even on the email sent the email response felt generic and did not address our concerns or offer an apology. The manager did call later and apologize, which I appreciated, but for a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star resort, I expected a much more professional and empathetic response from the outset. The facilities are excellent, but guest service and complaint handling need improvement to match the standards expected of a 5-star property.
