We have a dinner at Hilton Salalah, and it was an incredible experience! The dinner was absolutely amazing—each dish was artfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The variety offered was impressive, catering to all tastes, and I particularly loved the local specialties that showcased the region's culinary heritage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive specially Chamika and Kavindu, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the dining experience. If you’re looking for a fantastic dinner option, I highly recommend Hilton Salalah. You won’t regret it!

We had a lovely stay at Hilton Salalah. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, especially Ellen, Mijbal, and the wonderful Omani reception team, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and everyone was very attentive. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Salalah. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, rooms, service, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made our stay comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed the peaceful environment, beautiful Khareef weather, morning walk, and the overall family-friendly experience. Breakfast was also very nice, with good quality and variety. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly enjoyed our time at Hilton Salalah. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Salalah.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Salalah and would especially like to appreciate Abdullah and Soumya for their excellent hospitality and warm service. A special thank you to Soumya, who kindly upgraded our room and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. She was very welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout. Abdullah was also extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Their genuine care and hospitality really stood out and made us feel very well looked after. Hilton Salalah was a huge disappointment and does not come even close to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room cleaning was nit good and it is nothing to do inside the hotel. Apart from a small outdoor children’s pool, there are no facilities to spend your time, especially during the Khareef season when swimming in the sea is not allowed. We were never informed about this before our arrival. The biggest disappointment was the food. Extraordinary poor quality, with very limited choice and stale products. This is simply unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. We were also surprised that the front desk refused to provide extra bottled water, saying there was a limit. That was quite shocking for a hotel of this category. Salalah itself is a beautiful destination, but I would only recommend this hotel for one or two nights as a place to sleep while exploring the area. It is definitely not a resort where you would want to spend your vacation. The management should completely rethink the food and overall guest experience. In its current state, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand or its 5-star rating.
