We had a wonderful experience at Al Baleed Resort Salalah and truly enjoyed our dinner at Sakalan Restaurant. The buffet was absolutely excellent, with a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were extremely happy with the quality of the food and the entire dining experience. A very special thanks to April for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our dinner. Her excellent hospitality and warm attitude made our experience even more memorable. Thank you to April and the entire Sakalan team for such a wonderful evening. We will definitely be happy to visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful experience at Baleed Resort. The staff are all very caring, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. They made our stay extra special. Just to name a few, Asad at Sakalan always welcomed us with a big smile and positive energy. Kitty at the spa ran a wonderful meditation session, which we highly recommend. Raquel at Mekong was welcoming and recommended all the delicious meals. And Mahender at housekeeping made sure our room was comfortable and that anything we needed was ready.

We enjoyed 4 nights in this luxurious resort , from the start the staff are so welcoming and attentive and friendly. The villa was amazing with a lovely garden and patio , the housekeeping was impeccable and the evening turndown service superb. The resort is well maintained with immaculate gardens and fountains and buggies to take you to your villa. Breakfast was a high quality buffet , so much variety and the service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel farm is breathtaking and a shoutout to the farm guru Mr Adil, he gave us a fantastic tour of the organic farm that supplies the hotels kitchens . We even planted a frankincense tree with him. The lagoon is so peaceful and the infinity pool is stunning. We came in the Khareef season in August , so the sea was too choppy to swim in ( government regulations) and it was always cloudy, but we used the pool when weather conditions allowed- so a tip is to check the weather/ sea is suitable for your holiday . There’s no hotel shuttle service to the town but hotel taxis are available or you can walk to hotel entrance to call an O taxi there as local regulations don’t allow cabs to the hotel entrance . The hotel restaurant Mekong is very expensive , the buffet slightly more reasonable , so we went into town for dinner - the nearby malls have lots of good restaurants. Yes it’s fine dining in the hotel, but more expensive than in comparable 5* resorts. The concierge organised a day tour for us which was great. All in all, an amazing resort , the staff and services and cleanliness are superb and I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a really memorable family holiday.

Every request was handled with genuine care, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. People like Mr. Gabor are the reason guests look forward to returning. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the gentlemen from the housekeeping team. They did an outstanding job every single day. Our villa was always impeccably clean, perfectly organized, and beautifully prepared. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency made a real difference to our stay, and we are sincerely grateful for their excellent work. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations—from the stunning beach and beautiful grounds to the delicious breakfast, excellent service, and peaceful atmosphere.
