We had a wonderful experience at Baleed Resort. The staff are all very caring, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. They made our stay extra special. Just to name a few, Asad at Sakalan always welcomed us with a big smile and positive energy. Kitty at the spa ran a wonderful meditation session, which we highly recommend. Raquel at Mekong was welcoming and recommended all the delicious meals. And Mahender at housekeeping made sure our room was comfortable and that anything we needed was ready.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A special thank to Mr. Kitty for taking the time to show me around the farm. It was such a unique experience, and his kindness and enthusiasm made it even more enjoyable. And also Mr. Mihira from the Pool & Beach team for his friendliness and positive attitude. Amazing hotel and high quality staff with attention to detail. Saud was extremely welcoming at the reception. Hussein operating the buggies and helping with luggage was very friendly. Nurul was super accommodating and diligent cleaning our room. Ladies at the Kids club reception were very enthusiastic and caring. And finally Adil managing the farm always with a smile on his face. Fantastic team and fantastic hotel!
