This is one of the nicest places we have been so far. The apartments are really nice with a big balcony. We are having breakfast every morning out here and enjoy the views with the gorgeous water. The apartments have everything you'll need. A full kitchen, washer and dryer etc. A store for shopping for food is just a 15 minute walk. It feels very safe walking around. You can also enjoy the restaurant for all your meals as well. The staff is super nice, professional and accommodating. The beach is right there with plenty of lounges and umbrellas, or you can hang by the pool. You can use your Uber app to get a Taxi, which is cheaper than if someone calls you one. Many nice restaurants near by ... The people on Barbados are genuinely nice and happy. I met several people at the pool who keep coming back. I definitely can see why. I highly recommend this place. Great place to be ....

This is a beautiful property with well appointed service apartments on a pristine, uncrowded beach. It is not a five star hotel. The website is misleading. The service is minimal - for example, no towel service by the beach or pool (you bring towels from the room), room service every other day and they did not wash sheets and towels, no drinking water or additional bath products provided. If it was clear that this was a service apartment and you pack/shop accordingly I would give it 5 stars. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with ocean front terrace. The kitchen was well outfitted. We arrived on Wednesday before Easter weekend and were told on Thursday that there would be no concierge for the remainder of our stay. To be clear, we had a wonderful time but it was not what was advertised.

0n 8/4/26 around 6:46 PM my family and I were approached by an extremely aggressive guard at the main entrance when trying to enter. I explained that we were going to eat at The Gazebo bar and grill for mums 100th birthday. I confirmed with the restaurant that non-guests were allowed so the security guard was clearly mistaken. Nonetheless, he should not have been super aggressive. He even said I am not gonna let you in so don’t waste any more time as your mother is 100 years old and she doesn’t have a lot of time left. Whoever hired this thug should be fired. Jimmy would be appalled at that type of behavior towards a customer.

We were very much looking forward to our upcoming stay at Saint Peter’s Bay in Barbados. Unfortunately, just weeks before our trip, my partner experienced an unexpected medical issue and has been advised that he is unable to fly for several weeks. This was completely unforeseen and entirely out of our control. We contacted the hotel immediately, explained the circumstances, and offered to provide medical documentation. We were not asking for a refund without cause — only the opportunity to reschedule our stay for a later date once he is medically cleared to travel. The total charge for this reservation is over $15,000, which makes the hotel’s complete refusal to offer any flexibility especially difficult to understand. Despite providing context and offering proof of a legitimate health issue, we were told there would be no refund, no credit, and no ability to change our dates. They couldn't care less in their response to us. We understand that businesses have policies. However, hospitality is about more than policy — it is also about empathy and discretion, particularly in situations involving health. The unwillingness to show even minimal compassion in a genuine medical emergency has been deeply disappointing. We had been excited to experience Saint Peter’s Bay and to return in the future. Sadly, this experience has left us feeling unsupported and disheartened before our stay has even begun. We hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled moving forward, as flexibility in legitimate emergencies builds goodwill and long-term loyalty.
