We booked a stay at Rixos Qatar – Qetaifan Island to celebrate our young son’s birthday. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the available room had only two separate beds. After spending the first night, we decided to extend our stay. Following the extension, the hotel management pleasantly surprised us by offering to continue our stay in a seafront villa. This news truly revived our spirits and brought joy to our entire family. What initially caused us frustration and concern turned into great happiness and delight. We sincerely thank the hotel management, especially the General Manager, Mr. Maher, for his understanding of our situation and the challenges we faced, as well as his genuine care in ensuring that our stay was positive and comfortable. Mr. Maher was a key reason behind our decision to return and stay with you again in the future. Thanks to this wonderful experience, we have decided that our next stay will be in a villa rather than a room, as we noticed many advantages that made the stay especially comfortable for us and for our children. It was an experience truly worth repeating in the near future. We would like to thank everyone involved in customer service, and once again extend our appreciation to Mr. Maher for the outstanding quality of service provided. You truly have exceptional people who are like a shining candle that lights up the place.

I celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a group of 13 families with our kids ranging in age from 2yrs to 20yrs old, and every single one of us had the best time! The sales manager, Heba Al Akkhad did an amazing job to make sure that our stay was comfortable from planning till execution. The staff even took time out of their busy schedules to surprise my husband with a violin serenade of the birthday song and a cake. It was truly special! Being such a big group of about 40 guests, the Turquoise restaurant manager and staff - Ali, Zainab and Jeanne to name a few - always were above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The water park was the icing on the cake because it catered to all ages and risk appetites! Everybody was so helpful from Laila at Guest services to Matthew at the Concierge, and everyone one is looking forward to returning for another stay. Thank you Rixos Premium team!

At the beginning of our stay, there were a few small things we weren’t completely happy with. But the Hotel Rixos immediately showed us why it has such a great reputation. The team reacted straight away, took care of everything, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. Their kindness and willingness to help really impressed us. One of the sweetest moments was when they surprised us with a beautiful cake in our room for our wedding anniversary. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day truly special for us. A big thank-you to Arshad and the concierge/bellboy team. They were always friendly, helpful, and right there when you needed them. You really feel taken care of with them around. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always polite, attentive, and professional. Thanks to them, every meal felt like a little highlight. The view is stunning, and the whole resort is spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a lovely place to walk around. You immediately feel relaxed and comfortable everywhere you go. Even though our stay didn’t start perfectly, it turned into a fantastic holiday, so much so that we’re already planning our next stay here. Thank you to the whole team, you truly made our trip memorable!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals with excellent presentation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen here. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The only minor downside was the beach hours. It closed quite early at 5:30 PM, which felt a bit limiting, especially during such beautiful evenings. It would be great if access could be extended just a little longer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. The experience was well worth it!
