We stayed at this hotel Pullman and had a great experience overall. During our stay, we had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing—very tasty and it truly reminded me of my childhood. Special thanks to Zuhair, who was very professional and attentive with the service. Big appreciation to Sous Chef Achraf, who personally brought the food to our table. The restaurant manager, Zakariya, was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more special. Many thanks as well to Saed at the reception and Mahmoud, who was very helpful and always ready to find solutions. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and delicious food. Highly recommended!

My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing. I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail. The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. We checked in around 3:30 pm and were instantly impressed by the stunning, luxurious Arabian vibes. We were warmly welcomed and taken straight to our 1BHK. The first thing we did was step onto the balcony, where the cool breeze and peaceful atmosphere were absolutely refreshing. After freshening up, we headed down to Sunset Vibes to try their bubbly high tea while enjoying the beautiful view. Truly, 10/10 for hospitality. An hour later, we went for dinner at Zaitoon for Mediterranean flavors and to try Levantine cuisine. We ended the meal with Umm Ali, followed by shisha and Moroccan tea — a perfect combination. After a restful night, we woke up around 8 am and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at The Exchange, which felt like being outside the UAE while still inside. We then headed to the indoor swimming pool, followed by the sauna and steam room. After a shower and some TV time, we finished our stay with lunch at Herbarium, enjoying their amazing vegan flavors.
