A really great hotel. For us, it has been one of the best places for a family vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful and stylish, with a very well-maintained and thoughtfully designed territory. What we especially appreciated is that it is perfect for families with children. There are many areas for kids to play and relax, a children’s menu, and a lot of family-friendly services. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at, this is a big advantage. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly, speaks several languages, and responds quickly to any requests. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping is done every day, and everything is kept in perfect condition. We also really appreciated the large comfortable bed with a good mattress, instead of two beds pushed together, which is something we often see in other hotels. The rooms are also very well soundproofed, so even though it is a family hotel, you can truly relax and enjoy a quiet stay. Another thing we liked is that there are several restaurants on the property. You can book a table and enjoy different dining options. The food selection is excellent, with a huge variety of dishes. And the desserts deserve a special mention — there is a great choice and everything is delicious. We are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again.

Hotel was amazing! A lot of fun with the family during our on week stay. Food at restaurants was very delicious. Some of the staff were very friendly but others were not smiling at all. I even thought that some were angry to me when asking a drink or other service. Pool area was great, but main pool is 1,5 meters deep. That was too deep to throw a ball with our kids. Luckily the pool at the water park was only 1,2 m. Water park slides were excellent and there is a nice ice cream shop as well.

Stayed at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa recently and overall we had a good holiday, especially because our 3-year-old daughter had a great time. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean, with great pool areas and plenty of sun loungers. The à la carte restaurants Moonlight and Roku were excellent, especially the cocktails and service. The fresh pasta and salad stations in the buffet were also really good. However, for a 5-star hotel there are several areas that need improvement. The buffet food was tasty but lacked variety, with the same options repeated most days. The kids’ waterpark pool was freezing cold, making it difficult for younger children to stay in the water for long. The biggest issue for us was that the hotel feels understaffed. Staff were always friendly and hardworking, but service often felt rushed in bars, reception, housekeeping and the buffet during busy times. Housekeeping was also inconsistent from day to day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price point I expected more consistency and a better overall 5-star experience. Personally, I’d rate it 6/10.

My family and I had a fantastic time in Princess Andriana hotel. So many great things about it but just to name a few: The hotel animation team is absolutely amazing, massive shout out to Dani and his team: the Variety Show was very fun, their Lion King rendition was a great success keeping people of all ages entertained. The beach is fantastic and quiet. Food is very tasty and our favourite dinner was the Japanese Rozu. The pool area is busy but surprisingly well spaced with activities for all ages. In general a very pleasant and positive experience. We visited the historic town of Rodhes and Lindos and loved both of them.

I had a wonderful experience at Princess Andriana Kiotari and truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The hotel offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and cleaned regularly, while the staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and attentive. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options available every day. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet holiday close to the beach. A special thank you goes to the animator Tereza, who made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and always had a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude created a fantastic atmosphere, and she made sure everyone felt included and had fun. She is truly an asset to the hotel! I would happily recommend Princess Andriana Kiotari to anyone visiting Rhodes and I hope to return again in the future. ❤️🌴☀️
