The hotel is decent overall, but there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The rooms are comfortable but could use some upkeep and remodeling to keep them feeling fresh. One issue I noticed was the lack of seating around the pool area. Lots of rooms but not enough chairs to accomadate. Most of the beach loungers are positioned under trees, which limits the available options for guests wanting to relax in the sun. I've stayed at this hotel twice. On my first visit, the main pool was under renovation, and on my second visit, there were drones flying around the property for a promotional video, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient and one of the property's strengths, providing easy access to the surrounding area. The staff and overall experience were pleasant, but I would consider this more of a solid 3-star hotel. It's a good option for a short stay of a few days, though I'm not sure I would choose it for an extended Bali vacation.

Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Very clean hotel. The food is excellent. Great choices at the buffet breakfast and good quality cuisine offered at the hotel restaurants. Service is impeccable and consistent from the warm welcome at reception to the drivers of the transit van. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Stayed for holiday (2 days). The House Keeping personnels were friendly. Checked in counter was fast. Room qas upgraded (just because the booked room was full). Arrived around 16.50. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and need to be asked twice just for menu at the Bamboo Bar & Lounge. Personnels at the bar were more friendly to tourist foreigners 😄. Would be excellent if they can respect and equally treatment for all guests. But, I really appreciate Hospitality and friendliness the Personnel (women with roller blades), she was nice. Food was ok. Ambience (beach front) is excellent. Room was ok and clean.

Great location on the beach with an amazing pool. Nice having a separate pool for children. One of the best breakfasts I've encountered on my travels. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I certainly will be returning to the Prama.

This resort hotel offers an excellent location that makes it convenient to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and private. The hospitality is genuinely warm, with staff always welcoming and ready to assist. Guests can enjoy direct access to a private beach, a lively bar for relaxing evenings, and a large parking area that makes arriving by car very convenient. It is a comfortable place for both leisure and family trips, with facilities that feel well-maintained. The only drawback is that most of the rooms come with air conditioning that feels more warm than cool, which can be uncomfortable during hotter days. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay if you value location, service, and relaxing resort vibes.
