This resort hotel offers an excellent location that makes it convenient to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and private. The hospitality is genuinely warm, with staff always welcoming and ready to assist. Guests can enjoy direct access to a private beach, a lively bar for relaxing evenings, and a large parking area that makes arriving by car very convenient. It is a comfortable place for both leisure and family trips, with facilities that feel well-maintained. The only drawback is that most of the rooms come with air conditioning that feels more warm than cool, which can be uncomfortable during hotter days. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay if you value location, service, and relaxing resort vibes.

Very late review, but we stayed here on 17 August to celebrate our second child’s birthday. We stayed with family in adjacent ocean view rooms. The rooms were tidy, fairly quiet, and comfortable for resting, with a lovely ocean view. The hotel has several swimming pools, including a kids’ pool with a slide, which our children really enjoyed. There is also a beachfront area, and in the evenings there are often live music performances, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing we really liked was the bicycle rental, which made it easy and enjoyable to cycle along the beachfront path. The restaurant has a unique concept, and the breakfast buffet was quite complete. During our stay the hotel was very busy, but it still felt comfortable and well-managed. Overall, the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our family stay enjoyable despite the peak period.

Best Location, service is good, restaurant has a lot of food variety. We had Swimming pool view and could see the beach too. The only bad review from me is the room. The room was not like 4/5 star hotel. The bathroom we had was old, the AC was leaking ( they fixed it) , the mini fridge was warm ( they changed it ), our bed felt damp ( they said it's normal), we don't know why. Lack of power outlets too. We had 2 double beds for 4. So all of us need to charge our phone and 2 iPads. The service guy came and gave us extra power outlets. But the power outlets were deep and round style. So I managed to find the wall power outlets in the hallway to use. All good but it's not convenient. Overall outside the room we had no complaints. Beautiful garden and beach. I heard they are renovating the hotel.

We spent New Year’s Eve at Prama Hotel, staying one night and enjoying a festive Italian dinner. The food was tasty, portions were OK, and the evening was nicely complemented by wine and cocktails. Dinner service was efficient, which we understood given the high demand and table turnover on such a busy night. Later in the evening, we felt slightly disappointed when we were unable to move closer to the countdown stage, despite being informed earlier that in-house guests with a festive menu could access the area. While we were told there was no space, tables were being rearranged for other guests, which made us feel a bit overlooked. To keep the evening positive, we chose to enjoy the countdown peacefully on our own. The next morning, breakfast was very crowded, with some delays in service, including waiting for clean glasses and coffee. Understanding the holiday rush, it was still not the most comfortable start to the year. We eventually chose to swim, check out, and continue our breakfast elsewhere to end the experience on a better note.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our holiday in Sanur and whilst some people would doubtless consider this a 5 star hotel, we did not. Breakfast was a buffet in what was effectively a canteen environment. You queued for toast then again at the egg station and if you wanted cappuccino or flat white then this was extra. Perhaps a language issue , but we were also told that simple white coffee was a chargeable extra. The hotel is looking very tired in both public areas and in the rooms. The staff are very friendly, however we felt the hotel is aimed primarily at families so we did not fit the ideal profile and would certainly not stay again.
