Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Very clean hotel. The food is excellent. Great choices at the buffet breakfast and good quality cuisine offered at the hotel restaurants. Service is impeccable and consistent from the warm welcome at reception to the drivers of the transit van. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

We booked a candlelight dinner through Ms. Ditha, a marketing representative at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel Bali. Unfortunately, Ditha did not inform us about the weather conditions in July 2026. We were very disappointed because it was extremely windy, making it impossible to dine by the beach, so we were directed to eat inside the restaurant instead. We should have been told that the weather was unsuitable for an outdoor candlelight dinner, as the staff also explained that July is kite-flying season and making it a poor time for outdoor events. Unfortunately, the candlelight table setup could not be used at all. Please provide clearer information in the future, especially regarding the weather. However, the restaurant staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly and the food was very delicious. Our only disappointment was with the marketing aspect. Thank you.

We stayed at the Prama last October for our anniversary, it was great. We enjoyed it so much we are returning the first week in December. Hopefully it lives up to our expectations, love the bar out looking the beach and the band each night creates great atmosphere 🥰

This resort hotel offers an excellent location that makes it convenient to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and private. The hospitality is genuinely warm, with staff always welcoming and ready to assist. Guests can enjoy direct access to a private beach, a lively bar for relaxing evenings, and a large parking area that makes arriving by car very convenient. It is a comfortable place for both leisure and family trips, with facilities that feel well-maintained. The only drawback is that most of the rooms come with air conditioning that feels more warm than cool, which can be uncomfortable during hotter days. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay if you value location, service, and relaxing resort vibes.

My stay at Pramana Resort exceeded all expectations. As a solo traveler, I was looking for somewhere peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing — and this resort delivered perfectly. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay, always warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The facilities were beautiful and very well maintained, creating a calm atmosphere that made it easy to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. Breakfast each morning was excellent with great quality and variety, and the overall vibe of the resort was quiet, serene, and perfect for recharging away from the busy tourist areas. A truly memorable stay, and one I would highly recommend for anyone travelling solo and looking for comfort, peace, and genuine hospitality in Bali.
