We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and overall had a great holiday experience. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with plenty of facilities and activities to keep guests entertained throughout the day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping team did a good job of maintaining a pleasant environment. The pool and common areas were also well kept and provided a great place to relax. The Italian food was another positive part of our stay. There was a good variety of dishes available, with plenty of different choices to suit different tastes. The meals were generally fresh, tasty and well presented, and we appreciated having different options throughout the day. There was enough variety that we could enjoy something different at each meal and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the food added positively to our experience and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel staff were generally welcoming, polite and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. The facilities were good, and there was a nice balance between being able to relax and having activities available for those who wanted to stay active and have fun! However, the animation team was definitely the biggest highlight of our stay. They brought an incredible amount of energy, enthusiasm and positivity to the hotel every day. They were friendly, approachable and always made an effort to involve guests in the activities. Their energy created a fantastic atmosphere and made the hotel feel lively and fun; it matched my craziness. The Zumba and dance classes were especially fantastic. The animation team made every session exciting, energetic and enjoyable. They were great at motivating everyone to participate, regardless of age or dancing ability. Their music choices, choreography and enthusiasm made the classes something we genuinely looked forward to. They created such a positive atmosphere that even people who might normally avoid these types of activities felt comfortable joining in. What really impressed us about the animation team was how much effort they put into interacting with guests. They were not simply organising activities; they were creating an atmosphere and making people feel included. Their friendliness, humour, energy and professionalism really stood out. They clearly put a lot of passion into their work, and it made a huge difference to our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The comfortable rooms, good food, clean facilities, friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere all contributed to a great holiday. However, the animation team deserves special recognition, particularly for the amazing Zumba and dance classes. Their energy and dedication made the holiday much more fun and memorable, and they are a real credit to the hotel.

I have stayed at Pickalbatros Hotel in Taghazout, Morocco,a number of times, and overall I had another enjoyable holiday. The biggest strengths of this hotel are undoubtedly the staff. The Guest Relations team were excellent throughout my stay, always helpful and approachable. The cleaners did a fantastic job every day, keeping my room spotless. The pool bar staff were friendly and hardworking, Abdul the Shisha guy is the man and the dinner hall staff provided great service despite being very busy. A special mention also goes to Ayoub & Nadair from the animation team, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made a real effort to ensure everyone had a good time. Unfortunately, one aspect of my stay left me disappointed. While some members of the animation team were great, my experience with others were very different. Salawa & Jiji treated me noticeably colder than other guests. This maybe due to me witnessed them receiving gifts, including bottles of alcohol, from other guests and personally accompanying those guests back to their rooms, while I was largely ignored. Overall, I still enjoyed my holiday thanks to the excellent work of the majority of the staff. However, due to this I don't know if I will be returning back to Picklebatros & I hope the hotel ensures that all guests receive equal and consistent treatment, regardless of their background, as this would make the experience even better..

A special thank you to Jiji, who was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness and warm personality made a real difference. We’d also like to thank the entertainment team, who were all fantastic. They were friendly, energetic, and created such a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Beach Resort. We can’t wait to come back!

An amazing experience! The entertainment is fantastic, great group, expeciallyJiji who always has a positive vibe and smileon her face. Always happy to help with anything. The rooms are wonderful, very spacious with great aircon. The location is wonderful with a short trip from the airport. Great value for money. Su ch a beautiful hotel, couldn’t fault it, so much to do within the hotel. Food is always fresh and something different every day. The animation team are incredible, never a dull moment, they are always smiling and getting people involved. JiJi made me try lots of new things and welcomed me into her arms. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, fun filled holiday.
