A few wee things that could make this hotel 5⭐️ plus! No were to hang your washing on the balcony and also this area is not privet. Rubbish plastic cup served at times at the bar, not except less for the standard of this hotel. Also as it is branded as a 4⭐️ plus, we expected SOME premium drinks, this was not the case! Also this hotel is hug, but no were to charged devices at the one and only pool bar. Saying that, what a great hotel it is. The food in all four restaurants are amazing. The staff are very helfull and friendly, both in doors and out. The location is fantastic, sitting watching the surfing all day, the take a nice walk along the amaz8ng beach. I would recommend this hotel with the backing of the effort that they produced for Halloween! Total outstanding! 👍🦇🕷

Very impressive surroundings, staff are lovely and probably the best breakfast spread I have seen. So many places to relax and a wide variety of chairs, loungers and couches. The 24 hour bakery is lovely, they take real care over your drinks. It would be nice to have savoury snacks available in the bars. Rooms are nice inside but if you don’t get a pool view then the views are terrible- facing a wall or a road. We tried to change ours and got slightly better ones as they were one floor up but view was into the neighbouring trailer park. My husband asked if something nice could be done when we went to the Moroccan restaurant as it was our anniversary. Nothing happened so he spoke to reception who took his details but nothing came of it. Our flight wasn’t till very late and there were no rooms available - we had to use the showers at the beach. A hotel of this standard should have a shower room, although they do have a changing room. The amount of single use plastic is terrifying - small shower bottles, straws, and thousand of small water bottles. A new hotel should have an eco policy in place. I would not choose Pickalbatros again just for this reason.

Animation team are brilliant they play games throughout the day and it’s great to get involved and meet people at the resort! Jihane is amazing she is lively and keeps the entertainment coming throughout the day! And geography for animation team good job The pool bar are great always mixing up new cocktails to try and happy to customise something If you don’t see something you like
