I wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it has been staying at the Hyatt Regency. My wife and I have travelled to many different countries over the years, but Morocco, and especially Taghazout, has completely exceeded our expectations. What really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team, without exception, was welcoming, kind, respectful, caring, and always willing to help. The level of hospitality we’ve experienced here is something that’s difficult to put into words. During our stay, we celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it truly special for him and our family. It’s a memory we’ll always cherish. From the Kids Club to the swimming pools, beach clubs, restaurants, and every other part of the resort, everything has been exceptional. The service, facilities, and attention to detail have been outstanding throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making this such a wonderful experience. Please keep up the fantastic work. We will definitely be returning, and we can’t wait to visit again.

We can't wait to return! We had a truly exceptional experience highlighted by a staff that regularly went the extra mile and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, the staff met our family with tea and cookies in the lobby, we were enchanted by the charm and loveliness of this gesture. Hyatt Taghazout, however, was just getting started. The facility was impeccable and perched on a lovely bluff overlooking the Atlantic with views for miles and pools and landscapes that kept us clicking photos the entire week. The promenade along the ocean took us from town to town and made for lovely evening strolls to dinners and jogs along the beach. When our daughter was not feeling well, the staff jumped at the opportunity to pick up a prescription and check on her numerous times. Lamia, our housekeeper, was the loveliest human, making sure we had enough towels and water and checking in to see if there was anything else we needed with genuine concern for our daughter that made her a standout. Restaurant Manager, Abderrahim, was equally as wonderful and gifted us a set of tea glasses he purchased in town when we complimented similar ones we saw at the restaurant. When we enjoyed a particular dried fruit, he brought us a bowl full as we departed. We will be singing these experiences over and over again as the Hyatt Regency Taghazout redefined our expectations for a memorable hotel stay - it's not just the destination but equally as important, it's the exceptional people we met along the way that makes Hyatt Taghazout a standout!

This January I had a chance to visit the wonderful place on the bank of the ocean named Taghazout. The area of the hotel is very nice, the location is right next to the ocean. Breakfasts are delicious, very good choice of dishes. The only minus I would like to mention is that in my room the shower was not working well, which forced me to change the room in the middle of the night. However, this minus was immediately forgotten due to the very helpful and supportive staff member, Mr. Khalil, who is working on reception. He helped me to buy the tickets on the train and did his best to resolve my issues related to the ticket obtaining. I travel a lot around the world but it is not common to see such employees. I am afraid he was even late for his trip home in evening while helping me. I am sure that such employees like Mr Khalil deserve bonus and promotion. I wish him all the best in his career.

The Hyatt Regency Taghazout is a very beautiful and well-designed resort, perfectly located along the coast. The property features a modern architectural style and is especially well-suited for families with children. The beachfront promenade is stunning and ideal for walking or jogging, offering great views of the ocean. The hotel also provides access to a private beach, adding to the exclusivity and comfort of the stay. The entire resort is very green and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the fitness facilities are of high quality, making it a great choice for guests who want to stay active during their stay. The organization of the staff is a major issue. It is very noticeable that the team is not properly trained—there are many employees, but no one really seems to know their responsibilities. Upon arrival, we received almost no guidance during check-in: no clear information about breakfast hours or which restaurants were available. We were also told that no reservation was needed for the restaurants, but once there, we were informed that reservations were absolutely required. The waiting times for food were catastrophic. Again, there was a lot of staff, but very poor organization: several employees gathered around one table while other tables were left unattended. The level of service clearly does not match that of a 5-star hotel, but rather a 3-star standard. Management definitely needs to improve staff organization and training.

We booked this hotel as a family trip, and it felt the most modern and safe option in the area. Our stay was brilliant, and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, with lots of sweet treats and fresh eggs. We had direct access to the beach, and the security was everywhere. It was an incredible stay. My only criticisms were the food and drink prices, which were the same in Europe but the quality was not. The staff was friendly, but the pool staff could have been slightly more helpful. On our first day, we struggled to find a sunbed and asked the pool side staff for help, but they weren’t bothered. There’s a lot of Construction going on in the area. I can’t wait to come back in the future.
