We booked this hotel as a family trip, and it felt the most modern and safe option in the area. Our stay was brilliant, and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, with lots of sweet treats and fresh eggs. We had direct access to the beach, and the security was everywhere. It was an incredible stay. My only criticisms were the food and drink prices, which were the same in Europe but the quality was not. The staff was friendly, but the pool staff could have been slightly more helpful. On our first day, we struggled to find a sunbed and asked the pool side staff for help, but they weren’t bothered. There’s a lot of Construction going on in the area. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

Great hotel. The beach and the gardens/ pools are amazing. The glass of the windows of the rooms are a bit thin so you can hear the music for the restaurant until 10:30pm so best to bring earplugs if you want to sleep before. The service at the breakfast was very good and the food was great quality. Mounir at the reception was an angel always looking out for us and making us feel special. We would come back

Our stay was absolutely top quality from start to finish. The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt carefully thought out and of great comfort. The service was exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The spa was simply wonderful — relaxing, elegant, and exactly what we needed for a calm and reposing holiday. This hotel offers guaranteed quality and a true sense of peace. A place we can wholeheartedly recommend and would love to return to!

Beautiful Hotel, but Disappointing Service Experience We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout for our first trip to Morocco and to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel itself is stunning — modern, beautifully designed, and set in an incredible location by the ocean — but unfortunately, the service and communication didn’t live up to expectations. Having stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Malta and the Grand Hyatt in New York within the past year, I expected the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. Sadly, this property fell short. Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were welcomed with tea, which was a nice gesture, but the check-in experience was frustrating. Our deposit was taken from one card after being told another didn’t work — yet both ended up charged, blocking four times the amount of our booking. Staff said there was nothing they could do, which left us feeling helpless at the start of our stay. There also seemed to be a language barrier, as most staff spoke only basic English. The day before our anniversary, our room was decorated with “Happy Birthday” signs, and when we arrived at Sud Km17 for our anniversary dinner (which reception confirmed they had booked), there was no reservation at all. These mistakes made what should have been a special celebration feel overlooked. Room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room itself was beautiful — clean, comfortable, and modern, with a wonderful sunrise view and a great rain shower. Basic amenities like a hairdryer, iron, kettle, and safe were provided, but there was no coffee machine or even instant coffee, which was surprising for a 5-star property. We also reported a small toilet flush issue that was never fixed. Pool and Beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The outdoor areas were the highlight — gorgeous pools and a private beach with plenty of sunbeds. Service on the beach was attentive, but around the pool it was slow and hard to get anyone’s attention. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food throughout the resort was excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor, truly 5-star quality. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ While the setting and facilities are world-class, the service unfortunately didn’t reflect the Hyatt standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. Small issues and poor communication added up to a disappointing stay for what should have been a memorable occasion. With better staff training and attention to guest care, this resort could easily meet the level expected from the Hyatt name. @eunikaway

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout! I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The reception team deserves a special mention – they are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable.. They made me feel cared for throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained – exactly what you hope for when staying in such a stunning location. The food quality was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations every day. A huge thank you to Azzelarab and his team – their dedication and professionalism shine through in every detail. The cleaning staff were always friendly, helpful. The waiters impressed me with their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine smiles – dining was always a pleasure thanks to them. Special thanks also to Izza and Abderrahim, whose exceptional service truly stood out. The swimming pool guards and security team were always vigilant, making me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Every aspect of my stay reflected excellence in hospitality – from the food to the staff, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere. This hotel combines luxury with heartfelt service, and that is what makes it unforgettable. I'm looking forward to returning!
