Overall impression: Everything was great! The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was absolutely excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Abdellah. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Such a wonderful asset to the hotel team! The only minor downside is that the rooms are looking a bit tired. In a couple of years, they will definitely need some renovation. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it's something to note. Would still recommend this hotel for the amazing hospitality and great atmosphere!

The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks and service were excellent, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. I would like to give a special thank you to Oumaima Qamch for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm smile, kindness, and dedication made my time at the Chiringuito Bar even more enjoyable. She truly made me feel welcome and is a great asset to the Hilton team. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and the Chiringuito Bar, and I look forward to coming back again!

Overall, a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only issue I experienced was at the pool yesterday. I was unable to get a drink despite asking several members of staff. I was told that some refurbishment work was taking place, but shortly afterwards I saw other guests being served food and drinks. Unfortunately, nobody came back to assist me. Today was much better and the service improved significantly. At breakfast there was a good selection of food, although cutlery and milk occasionally ran out and were not always replaced promptly. Other than these minor issues, I had an enjoyable stay and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and pleasant.

We were staying at the Hilton for 1 week and absolutely loved the hotel. It’s clean, quiet and we had a perfect room with sea view. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Special thanks to oumaima who is extremely welcoming and makes sure you’re not missing anything during your stay. Also the Service with Imad was great. He is very attentive and made sure we never lacked drinks and food at pool days. Highly recommend to everyone who looks for a relaxed beach holiday while exploring the area. we will definitely come back
