I spent 3 nights at the Hilton Tagzahout in Agadir. The compound is immaculate with incredible views. From the moment I arrived the staff was so attentive with the wonderful politeness and courtesy of the Moroccan people. Meryem was especially helpful and proactive in her approach to ensuring the comfort of the guests. There is a wide selection for breakfast and the hotel is located perfectly away from too much bustle but close enough to get to the town with activities. Had a great stay.

The location of the hotel is truly excellent, but unfortunately the overall service and setup did not meet our expectations. We attended the Hilton Party, where we have always paid an already fairly high entrance fee, but at least received a complimentary drink in the past. This time, however, we paid the same entrance fee and were not offered any drink at all. On top of that, we felt pressured right from the beginning to purchase drinks immediately. Considering the price point and the brand reputation, this experience was really disappointing. We expected a higher standard of hospitality and consistency.

It was a nice stay in this hotel. Breakfast is exceptionally good included in the booking. Mustapha Housekeeping is great with his hospitality service had made our stay even better. We didn’t try lunch or dinner in the hotel so no comment on that. We had a hired car which was very convenient. I would recommend to have it if you can as the location is distancing from the street food restaurants, but it’s good to walk along the beach to those street foods too. Overall is good place with friendly staff.

We just finished our stay at the Hilton. The hotel and services were great. A special mention to house keeping staff, Oumaima for having our room so clean and tidy every day. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The only constructive feedback I would give I regarding cocktails, these were not well balanced drinks and it would be good to put some energy in to ensure the right quantities of ingredients are measured when mixing. Thanks so much.

She took such great care of us — our room was always spotless and welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. A big thank you as well to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly felt at home!
