We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Place Taghazout and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We asked if it was possible to upgrade our room, and the team went above and beyond by showing us three different rooms so we could choose the one we loved most. That level of customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel facilities are excellent, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything was very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. As a couple, it was the perfect place for a getaway, but we also noticed plenty of family-friendly areas and activities for those travelling with children. A huge thank you to all the staff at Hyatt Place Taghazout for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It's a beautiful thing to see such a well oiled machine like this in operation. The location and facilities are obviously superb but it's the staff that gives this place the spark - every interaction was professional and polite, clearly well managed. Mustapha (our waiter) went above and beyond to show us the true hospitality of Morocco and helped ensure we had a great time during our stay. I can't thank you enough. Shout out to the unsung heroes of maintenance too for fixing a small problem with the sink that I didn't even report, and the cleaning staff for noticing. Amazing work everyone, i highly recommend this place.

Was our first time traveling to Agadir Morocco. We stayed 5 nights and 2 days at the Hyatt Place T.Bay.(Easyjet holiday packages) Staff at the hotel was excellent service, everyones was working so hard so we miss nothing. Entertaining was every night. The pool area was excellent for adults and family with the children . The shuttle brings you every hour starting around 10.00am to the beach ,is not far. If you walk to the beach is nice but is far, we experienced. We were waiting to come back to the hotel for 2 hours the shuttle didn't come Or was miss communication. The location was amazing but little far, if you wanted to visit the Agadir city Or spent the evening out . The shuttle bus was every morning around 10.00am and pickup at 7.00pm Just ones a day .(be aware to remember the place to be picke up) You have to be careful taxis around the city because they charge you 5 euros to go to the markets which we experienced, the local inside the city charges was 1 euro to 2 ..(orange one) The taksi wich waited for us when you stop at the city from the shuttle place He charged us 5 euro per person and we were 8 persons. The markets was close and he knew it. Recomend take a local taxi to reach the destination. Be aware is not honesty when it comes to the charges they take advantages to the tourist. The hotel ,beach location area was the best place to relax for holiday and class one .Family with children and adults We recommend very highly .The place is very safe area and the hotel is very well secured a quiet. Cheers to you all.

Hyatt Place Taghazout – Honest Review (2/5 ⭐) I had high expectations after seeing social media videos and reviews, but unfortunately, this hotel didn’t live up to them. Cons * Check-in isn’t until 3:00 pm, which wasn’t made clear on the EasyJet booking. * Half board only includes breakfast and dinner. You can’t swap dinner for lunch. * Dogs were wandering around the hotel lobby. * Our sofa bed wasn’t made up despite requesting it. * The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned – it was dusty and had noticeable limescale. * Rooms only have European plug sockets, so remember to bring an adapter. * The hotel is in a very quiet, isolated location with no nearby restaurants or local shops within walking distance. * Soft drinks aren’t included with dinner. You either have to pay extra or drink room-temperature water. * No ice or cold drinking water was available. * The room fridge barely kept drinks cold. * Only one lift serves the whole hotel, which can mean waiting. * The resort is very poorly lit at night. Walking around or using the outdoor stairs feels unsafe due to the lack of lighting. * There is virtually no entertainment. * Even during the day there was no background music around the pool, making the atmosphere feel very quiet. * No bidet in the toilets, which surprised me considering it’s a Muslim country. * It was difficult to buy drinks during the day because the hotel shops were often closed, even when staff were nearby. When they were open, drinks like Coke or Red Bull were very expensive. * The nearest beach is at the sister hotel, Hyatt Regency Taghazout. There’s a free shuttle (around 5–10 minutes), but Hyatt Place guests are kept separate and only have access to basic sunbeds without cushions. * When we wanted a taxi to watch the sunset at a local beach, there wasn’t one available, so we missed out. * No outdoor bar or drink station open in the evenings. * No staff came around the pool to take drink orders while relaxing. * Crepes and ice cream are available, but they’re chargeable. * The room air conditioning stopped working twice during our stay. * The pool closes at 6:00 pm, even though sunset is around 8:30 pm, which feels far too early. Pros * The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. * The hotel is clean in the main areas and is peaceful if you’re looking for a quiet break. * The free shuttle to the sister hotel’s beach is convenient. Overall If you’re looking for somewhere quiet where you can relax, sleep, and have breakfast and dinner included, then Hyatt Place Taghazout may suit you. However, if you’re expecting the luxury experience shown on social media or you’re used to 5-star resorts in places like Dubai or Egypt, you may find this hotel disappointing. It feels more like a comfortable 3 star hotel than a true luxury resort. There are quite a few small issues that, when added together, take away from the overall experience. Overall rating: 2/5 ⭐

Really great hotel in a superb location. Staff were truly excellent, rooms fantastic and spacious. Food was good too. It lacked one thing however - they had a TV which showed the football and other things should you want, but it was placed in or just outside the bar which was also the tapas restaurant! Not great if you wanted a quiet romantic evening away from the buffet. It needed its own dedicated "sports bar"... The tapas bar/restaurant was the only evening bar, so unless you sat outside there was limited seating. When we went in march it was cold at night so as they had no external heaters it we had to sit inside!
