I'd like to thank Savvas for his outstanding help during my parents' stay at Pegasos Beach Hotel. He has been incredibly friendly, responsive and accommodating while helping with restaurant reservations and special requests. Every message was answered quickly and with a genuine willingness to help. It never felt like a standard hotel response, but rather like someone who truly cares about the guests. This kind of personal service is exactly what I hope for when choosing a hotel. Thank you, Savvas! It is very much appreciated.

We spent one week at this hotel. It has a great location right by the beach; however, for a 5-star hotel, I expected a higher level of service. Pros: - excellent location directly by the beach - clean beach with darker sand - plenty of available sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool - rooms were clean and cleaned daily - interesting evening entertainment programs - strong and fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the beach - wheelchair-accessible facilities - helpful staff Cons: - the level of service does not match a 5-star standard - food and drinks were rather average; moreover, half of our group experienced digestive issues - very limited food options for guests with dietary restrictions - tap water and water from dispensers had an unpleasant taste and smelled of chlorine (we had to buy bottled water at a nearby shop) - rooms are sufficient but somewhat worn and dated Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay, probably because we spent most of our time outside the hotel on trips or by the sea, and only returned to the room to sleep.

I would like to thank Ms. Tsampika Kappaka from Pegasos Beach Hotel for her very kind and helpful communication before my parents’ upcoming stay. My parents will be visiting the hotel at the end of May, and I contacted the hotel in advance because they are older guests and I wanted to make their holiday as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Ms. Tsampika Kappaka replied very kindly and professionally, and I truly appreciate her willingness to help with their stay and possible arrangements in advance. It already gives me a very good impression of the hotel and its customer care. Thank you very much for your helpful approach. We are looking forward to my parents’ holiday at Pegasos Beach Hotel.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Booked a sea view room that was not available for the first day, I was not even warned about it, fount out when got in to the room. The sea view room that we got was in the old part of the hotel, the room was ok but with a TV remote that was held together with duct tape, a dirty shower window and a very dirty shower hose. In the bathroom you will also have the light transformer that is exposed to steam and humidity, that is a safety and fire hazard. Same dirty and rusted shower you will find on the beach. For a 5 star hotel, the hotel animation was terrible, always on the phone, chewing gum and rarely saying hello. The Italian operator animation team was fantastic do, really nice and professional. Staff was very nice except the guy that was making the pizza and the one from the gyros place, definitely not 5 star service in these areas. Above the area where the gyros was made the ceiling was coming apart, flakes of old paint were filing down. Also the soda dispenser needed a good clean, like the ice cream fridge that was absolutely filthy.

I liked the pancakes, the gyros (and the guy who makes them is really funny). The pizza was okay, although some toppings were low quality. The beach is perfect. I even liked that I had to wake up before 6 a.m. to get a good sunbed in front of the sea. P. from reception was, or at least tried to be, very helpful. The bed was good and the location is good too. So yes, there are positives – this hotel could be amazing with good staff and better food. We asked for early check-in because we were traveling with a child. Since check-out is at 11:00, I assumed we might get a room sometime after that. Unfortunately, the reception manager (D) was rude. In the end, we received our room at 14:45, just 15 minutes before the official check-in time (15:00). This didn’t feel very client-friendly, but sadly it was only the beginning. The room is renovated, but honestly, it feels like a joke. You cannot properly darken the room. There is a vinyl floor placed over old tiles, which feels cheap. The food is simply bad – and it would be bad even for half of this price. I mostly ate fruit, pizza and gyros, as those were the safest options. There is fish every day, but you never know what kind of fish it is, and it always comes with some sauce (maybe mayo or mustard), but in any case, it is not good. Every day there is a long queue for pancakes, and you are only allowed to ask for one per person. So if you are a family of three, everyone has to stand in line together. One day, while everyone was waiting, a young guy from reception came and said the boss wanted a special double pancake. Everyone had to wait while the lady prepared a special pancake for him. I don’t understand why management can’t wait their turn like everyone else. Here, the paying guests come after the manager. One more serious issue: there is a cat on the property that scratches children. Our child was scratched, and the receptionist did not seem surprised at all. Two days later, another child was scratched by the same cat. No one seemed to care.
