Stayed here last year and thought it was an amazing hotel. Not too big and not too many people so if you prefer a more quiet vibe then this is for you. The entertainment in the evenings was really good and had some really good singers. Good variety of food and there was different food every night. The pizzas in the restaurant were amazing as well. They have a good selection of food at the poolside bar as well, the crepes they serve there are so good! All staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Perfect distance from the town, beach and only 15 minute walk to the old town. Lots of shops and things to do near by. Overall, such a nice hotel, I had such a great time here!

We stayed at Mitsis Canvas by Petit Palais for five days, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could certainly benefit from some refurbishment. A fresh coat of paint and a few updates would go a long way, as you can tell it was once a real standout hotel but is beginning to show its age. That said, the biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping ladies—was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always smiling, eager to assist, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We initially booked a bed and breakfast package but decided to upgrade to half board, which turned out to be an excellent decision. The food is what you would generally expect from a good hotel buffet, but there is plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Elli Beach, Rhodes Old Town, Mandraki Harbour, shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Rhodes. Overall, while the hotel could use some modernization, the outstanding staff, excellent location, and good value for money made our stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the experience was amazing! Alban who works on the inside bar is an absolute credit to the hotel, he always has a smile on his face and is the loveliest person. The food staff in the dinner hall are great too! Always on hand and so friendly. Also the pizza was so good !!! I can’t wait to come back again x

Loved it, Nektarios makes some of the best pizza I've ever had. Meals are varied enough for a week long stay, we chose to go for dinner in town one evening to get some variation, but there is something for everyone every meal. Meal times are sensible and long enough to cater for all, I didn't feel rushed to fit into a small meal window. Breakfast: 0700-1030 Lunch: 1230-1430 Dinner: 1830-2130 Location is perfect for access to the harbour and old town, and collection for excursions was sensible. E.g. 0810 collection for 0900 boat to Symi gave ample time for breakfast. I was all inclusive which was great, a good selection of drinks are available at the main bar and at the pool bar. The pool area is quite small, in peak season it may feel too crowded, but there is a beach 5 minutes walk away. There are sofas in the lobby which were nice to relax on during the cooler afternoons. My balcony was immediately adjacent to another, which was fine, but my neighbour for the first half of my stay was a smoker, so when they were out smoking I had to keep my doors closed as the balconies for neighbouring rooms are very close together. My bathroom did not have an extractor fan nor heated mirror, so it was difficult to use the mirror after a shower, and the shower head was positioned in the centre of the bath with the shower screen and towel rail at one end (see photo). This is a ridiculous setup so it was quite difficult to shower without getting water everywhere, but it was amusing for a week! Aircon in my room had a remote control and worked excellently. The staff are professional and welcoming, I very much enjoyed my stay.
