We had an amazing honeymoon at OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptionally well organized. We stayed in a Sunset Water Villa on the inner side of the resort, and it was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking, the sunsets were unforgettable, and the water was calm and crystal clear. If possible, we highly recommend requesting a water villa on the inner side of the island, as the outer side is much more exposed to wind and waves, making it less enjoyable for swimming and relaxing. The resort itself is stunning, with excellent facilities, a huge swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and spectacular scenery everywhere. The food exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent, and the all-inclusive package offered fantastic value. What truly made our honeymoon special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The only areas that could be improved are the Wi-Fi, which was quite slow and unreliable at times, and the hot water in our villa, which was not always consistently available or at the right temperature. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in the Maldives. We would definitely love to come back!

The best thing about the hotel is the kids club. Ruwani, Nahu and Sam truly care about the kids. Not only was it fun but it was educational, my son was teaching me about Whale Sharks. You need beach shoes as a lot of dead coral. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We loved our stay and I've shared a longer detailed review on TripAdvisor. Managing expectations is key when reviewing this property. If you understand the hotel’s actual category, the overall experience is quite good. However, it is important to note that this is very far from being a luxury hotel. You will not find highly personalized service here, and while the food is completely fine, it is not high-end or premium quality. ​That being said, the hotel excels in several core areas: ​Cleanliness & Facilities: The property is exceptionally clean throughout, and the overall facilities are excellent and well-maintained. ​Staff: The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely polite. ​Dining Variety: While the food quality is standard, the main restaurant offers a great, extensive variety of options to choose from. ​Areas for Improvement (All-Inclusive Plan): ​No Between-Meal Snacks: Be aware that the all-inclusive package does not include any snacks between standard meal times. ​Bar Service Bottlenecks: The hotel features only one bar. Because of this, service can become incredibly slow during peak hours when crowds gather and the limited bartenders face high demand. ​The Verdict: A highly recommended choice for families or travelers looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable mid-range option—just don't expect a boutique or luxury resort experience.

Me and my friends had an absolutely fantastic stay at Oblu From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with amenities.
