An unforgettable family holiday! If I could give Nana Princess more than 5 stars, I would. It is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. What really sets it apart is the service. The brilliant staff went above and beyond for our family, and they were really fantastic with our 2-year-old toddler lots of high5s and hugs everyday he absolutely loved it. The service managers in the restaurants paid attention to every little detail, making us feel incredibly special. Combine that incredible service with a quiet, perfect beach, and you have the recipe for a dream holiday. Highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional hotel experience. One of the best luxury hotels we have ever stayed at. The service, cleanliness, privacy and overall atmosphere were on another level. A special thank you to Sophia for her incredible kindness, professionalism and support during our stay. She truly made our experience even more memorable. The Prestige Suite was stunning, the room service outstanding and despite the hotel being busy, it always felt peaceful and private. We will definitely come back.

Exquisite luxury combined with legendary Cretan hospitality Even as selective guests, we were delightfully surprised by everything at Nana Princess. One thing that never changes is the legendary Cretan hospitality. The staff is truly the heart and soul of this hotel. Whenever we had a request or a minor issue occurred, everything was resolved instantly. We highly appreciated that the hotel is very quiet, giving us the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed holiday. Our room was incredibly comfortable and immaculately cleaned twice a day, with regular towel changes. The Bvlgari Thé Vert toiletries were a wonderful touch, as it is one of my favorite scents. The continental bed was so cozy it made us want to stay in it longer. The terrace enjoyed sunshine all day long, which is another reason why we often chose to just relax and stay right there on our terrace. The private pool could be a bit warmer in the mornings, though there is an option to have it heated for an extra charge if desired. The sun loungers were fine. If there is one minor suggestion for the room, it would be to add sunshades over the loungers on the terrace, although we probably should have just asked if they were available. The minibar was replenished daily with complimentary soft drinks and water, which is essential in a hot climate. The overall interior design is exquisite, with spacious and beautiful areas throughout. The beach is spacious and features a beautiful sandy shore. The hotel features convenient on-site shopping for daily essentials. In particular, we would like to highlight Niki, who was an absolute ray of sunshine and helped us choose exactly what suited us best. The hotel features two à la carte restaurants, Eternal Blue and Meat-In Point, as well as the main buffet restaurant, Carpe Diem. The à la carte dining is exceptionally good. Usually, when I hear "buffet," I immediately think of eating out elsewhere or ordering room service instead. However, that was not the case here at all—the food was excellent and the service was fast, despite the busy breakfast hours. We also enjoyed the pool bar and the main bar, which featured lovely live music on the evenings. We traveled as a couple without young children, but as children's activities are provided at the sister hotel, Nana Golden Beach, we assume that families with kids would also never feel bored here. We didn't use the beach, mostly because our room was so comfortable and a minor sunburn kept us from swimming in the sea. However, there were plenty of beach loungers, and they looked very inviting. The walk uphill is a bit steep, but if you don't feel like walking, the club cars (buggies) arrive incredibly fast to take you wherever you need to go. The farewell gift was a lovely gesture—excellent olive oil and oregano, which we have already used for a Crete-inspired dinner at home. I tried to hold back from mentioning specific staff members to avoid leaving anyone out, which is almost impossible, but I must give credit where it's due. We send our love to Afroditi, Tatjana, Dimitris, Theodoros, Klea, Laura, and Jennifer from Carpe Diem, Theodora from the night bar, and everyone from the à la carte restaurants and the pool bar. Our special greetings go to Sofia (FO & GR) and our love to Katerina Stivaktaki! This doesn't directly relate to the hotel itself, but we hope the new airport opens soon, as the current one almost ruins an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, with immense gratitude to all the staff, our stay was magnificent. Our batteries are fully recharged. Once our energy runs low again, we will return as repeat Nana Hotels guests—over and over, just like before.

Absolutely Perfect There are luxury hotels, there are beautiful hotels… and then there is Nana Princess. This place sets an entirely new standard for luxury, privacy, and guest experience. From the very first moments after arriving, we knew we had entered somewhere truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were welcomed with incredible professionalism and genuine warmth. The staff took care of absolutely everything — our car was parked for us, we were personally introduced to the hotel and all of its facilities, and then escorted to our suite with a private heated pool. At that moment, we realized this would be far more than just another holiday. The suite itself was flawless in every possible way. Spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offering complete privacy. Despite having neighboring suites on both sides, we could not hear a single sound. The rooms are perfectly soundproofed, cleaned twice a day, and every single detail has clearly been thought through with precision and care. Even the pool temperature could be customized further to our personal preference, which perfectly reflects the hotel’s dedication to creating a truly personalized experience. What impressed us the most was the overwhelming sense of peace and privacy throughout the entire resort. The layout of the hotel is so thoughtfully designed that at times it genuinely felt as though we were the only guests there. It is extremely rare to experience this level of tranquility in a luxury resort. The entire staff and management team deserve enormous recognition. We travel a lot and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but we have honestly never experienced this level of perfection and attention to detail before. Every single person — from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and management — made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and authentic dedication to guest satisfaction were simply world-class. The beach experience was equally exceptional. Every guest has their own private beach pavilion equipped not only with sun loungers but also with a comfortable sofa. The level of service and comfort on the beach was absolutely outstanding and perfectly matched the luxury of the entire resort. The à la carte restaurants completely exceeded our expectations. The seafood, fish, and sushi restaurant was simply unforgettable. We have honestly never eaten fish this good anywhere in the world. Every dish was beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. The quality of the ingredients, flavors, and overall dining experience was on another level entirely. The wines and cocktails were equally outstanding and truly five-star. We were also upgraded from Nana Royal to Nana Princess, and this upgrade completely blew us away. The Nana group genuinely impressed us with their approach to hospitality and guest care. Nana Princess is not just a hotel — it is an experience of absolute luxury, privacy, and perfection. A place that redefines what true hospitality should feel like. We are incredibly grateful for this unforgettable stay and without any doubt, we will return.

Just returned from the most amazing week here, celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We were blown away by everything- literally treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, to leaving. The complex is just stunning and so relaxing. The accommodation is outstanding- luxurious and clean. The facilities are incredible, we were so looked after by every member of staff, no matter where we were - the beach, pools, restaurants, housekeeping. We’d never used room service before on any break, as the accommodation was perfect as well as the menu choices, we made use of ordering food to the room. This was the best service ever- food was amazing, delivered quickly and set up in our room like we were in a restaurant! Guest services even called an hour later to come and clear all the plates away. Staff take you around on buggies if you need it - or on a few occasions noticed us walking back down to our villa and insisted that they took us back! Even when we had half a bottle of wine left over at a meal in the restaurant, room service whizzed it to our room complete with an ice bucket! We will absolutely be looking to come back!
