Amazing hotel, amazing service! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Everything is incredible. When you come in they taken your luggage, park your car, you seat on a couch, drink something and checking in. They take you to the room, explain everything about the resort. The room is great. The food is delicious. The beach is very clean and the sea is amazing. When you sit in some of the restaurants a lot of waiters are serving your drinks and food. One of the best services ever. And the price for the middle of August is cheaper than 90% of the other hotels on Chalkidiki.

Amazing Holiday at Miraggio Hotel We visited Miraggio Hotel at the end of May, outside of the peak season, and it was the perfect time to go. The temperature was around 30°C, which made the weather ideal for relaxing and enjoying everything the hotel has to offer. Since it was not too crowded, the atmosphere felt peaceful and very comfortable. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was truly high level — professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. Overall, we had an amazing family holiday and a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Miraggio Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Unfortunately, our experience at this resort did not fully meet the standards we expected from a 5-star hotel. One of the things we enjoyed most were the pools, especially because they are filled with salt water. The children’s entertainment organized every evening was also a great addition, and the kids really enjoyed it. However, there were several things that significantly affected our overall experience. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. We believe that a 5-star hotel should not serve essentially the same breakfast every single day. Dinner was somewhat more varied, but still not diverse or tasty enough for a hotel of this category. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were also below our expectations. Our room was located on level -3, and the glass railing on the terrace clearly had not been cleaned for quite some time. There were visible bird droppings on it, which was quite unpleasant. We also frequently found ants and other insects on the floor, as well as cobwebs behind the entrance door. During our stay, we also experienced several maintenance issues which we reported to reception, but unfortunately, none of them were resolved. The toilet flush broke, but nobody came to repair it. Water was also running from both showers at the same time, even though only one should logically be operating, and this issue was reported as well, but no one came to fix it. In addition, there was a bucket placed outside our room because water was dripping from the floor above. This was quite shocking to see in a 5-star resort. In the hallway near the elevators, there were also visible signs of moisture on the walls, including stains and cracks. These details gave us the impression that the property is not being maintained to the standard we would expect from a 5-star resort. The noise in the evenings was another issue. Every evening there was live music at the outdoor restaurants, and it was quite loud and continued until 11:00 PM. Considering that this is a resort where many families with young children stay, we feel that the music could have been quieter or ended earlier. The beach also needs better organization. There is a limited number of sun loungers, and many of them are “reserved” early in the morning with towels, even though the guests are actually spending their time at the pools. As a result, guests who genuinely want to spend time at the beach often cannot find an available sun lounger. Better organization and management of the loungers would make a big difference. Overall, the resort has good potential, and the saltwater pools and children’s evening entertainment are definitely positive aspects. However, for a hotel of this category, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, food variety, and service. Our final rating is 3/5. We hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration, as with better maintenance, organization, and service, this resort could provide a much better overall experience.

We recently stayed at Miraggio Resort in Halkidiki for one week on the all-inclusive package. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were some aspects that did not meet our expectations for a five-star resort. The resort itself is spacious, well-maintained, and set in a beautiful, large area. There are several swimming pools, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The rooms and common areas are clean, and the property has the feel of a true resort. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. While the all-inclusive package included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the quality and variety were not what we expected from a five-star hotel. The buffet selection was rather limited, and the taste was average. We expected a much wider selection and a higher standard of cuisine. Another downside was the drinks policy. Despite choosing the all-inclusive package, soft drinks and even bottled water were not included and had to be purchased separately. Spending the entire day at the resort and having to pay extra for basic drinks felt disappointing. The beach is also worth mentioning. It is not a sandy beach, so guests looking for a classic sandy shoreline should keep that in mind. Overall, Miraggio Resort has many positive qualities, including its beautiful grounds, spacious facilities, and relaxing atmosphere. However, considering the price and its five-star rating, we expected a better balance between cost and quality, particularly when it comes to the food and the all-inclusive experience.

We just checked in to the hotel . The experience on the very first day was truly disappointing. Tables that arrived after us were served before we were. We had to call the waiter several times just to get their attention. We waited over an hour for the bread that we were charged €14 for, and by the time it finally arrived, we had already finished our meal. We asked three different members of staff about the bread, yet nothing happened. We also had to remind the staff to serve our wine. For a restaurant where we paid €238, the level of service was well below expectations. The view is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the service was far below average. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area offering the same beautiful view with, hopefully, much better service. Sadly, we would definitely not come back. After dinner came back to the room and asked 1 additional slippers the lady Said she will send it but it did not come . We are 3 people with our son and cannot understand why you only put 2 slippers.
