We paid for all-inclusive, five stars experience through booking.com for our honeymoon. We found nothing barely resembling 5⭐️, not even 4 for that matter. The furniture is old and paint is chipped. Walls are dirty, bathroom sink sprays water awkwardly and it sprays all over if you turn up the pressure. Using the shower leaves a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. The SPA was not open, and there was not one activity offered other than the pool (again, at a so-called all inclusive hotel). We left the very next day, and the only reason we stayed for a night was because we got there at 11 pm. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you're expecting for 4-5 stars quality. Ps. We talked to the manager, then messaged booking and got a refund to our reservation.

We stayed at Xenios Anastasia Resort and Spa with our family this summer, and it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and waking up every morning to the blue horizon was simply magical. The atmosphere of the resort is calm, spacious, and very family-friendly, yet it still feels refined and relaxing. One of the most touching moments every day was dinner time — the entire staff gathers to welcome the guests, creating a warm and genuine sense of hospitality that you don’t often find. You really feel seen and appreciated as a guest, not just accommodated. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, and reaching it is a pleasure in itself: a short walk through olive trees that adds to the authentic Greek feeling and makes the transition from hotel to sea feel special and peaceful. The beach is clean, well-organized, and perfect for both adults and children. Overall, Xenios Anastasia Resort and Spa combines beautiful nature, excellent location, heartfelt service, and comfort. It’s an ideal choice for families who want relaxation, sea views, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms are old. We had bugs-cocroaches and i have phobia....The services are not what was in their website. They were promising animator for kids. And also program for kids. The room was never working. My kid was bored. Besides staying in pool what ahe could do. I had to give her phone... The room was smelling of cigarttes. Towels was changing everyday but one of the day they were black with something. We were prepared for nosand beach but there was no beach. Only shadow provide from olive trees. And we should go down the sea with stairs. How am i suposed to live my 6 y old kid in water only by watching it. Im not seeing her. Drinks from bar was free but idk what water they were using since i needed to go to toilet triple time more. You can visit the hotel but for difrent price.

locatiin: the beach is not for little children, it is with sand and round stone portions. it is ok for people don't care the seaside only the water. the water was fine: clear and warm. the hotel do not have umbrellas you should stay under the olive trees if u want shadow. the sweeming pool was dirty with broken faiance. the rooms, we are in buidind 3, it was dirty and missy. the clearing woman was a "no speak any language without shes slavic mother tongue. the clearance was inadecvate. dirty room. i hear in first big building and the second one is most clearly was. the restaurant is ok. the meal was buffet. mostly continental meals, but some greek ones was. the meal was great. teasty. we have breakfast and dinner and was ok: icecream, baklava, fruits, meat and vegetables. in total was ok. 3 nd half star.

Rooms in the second building are not 5 stars at all. Bathroom had holes in wall from something that was mounted in the past, the water tank was leaking, room was small and only 2 power outlets in the room
