We came back from the hotel a few days ago. This was our second stay at Acrotel Athena Palace. We were upgraded and stayed at the maisonette in a private section of the resort, with private pool area. Everything was excellent, the beds, pillows, the sunbeds. The food is amazing and that was one of the reasons why we decided to come back. All dishes were tasty, lots of variety as well. Staff is attentive, cleaning impeccable. There are some amazing beaches in the area that we had to use the car to visit, so each day we went to a different beach, but coming back to the beautiful room, pool and our room views was an amazing feeling. The kids loved the rooms, and the walks around the resort, it felt truly safe. I truly cannot belive some of the negative comments I read here, so I decided to write one.

This whole experience is just - WOW. Our stay at Athena Pallas & Residences started with the Acrotel reservation team informing us that the initial hotel we had reserved - Lilyann Boutique hotel was overbooked so they offered us an upgrade to Athena Pallas & Residence instead. An entire communication throughout this experience was very professional, polite and helpful. When it comes to the hotel - I am honestly very impressed with each aspect: Service - across the property, each team member we encountered was so polite and welcoming, from the bell person helping us with our luggage, the lady receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant staff… absolutely everyone. Rooms - very spacious and well equipped. Ours had a great sea view and a comfortable balcony to enjoy it. Food / Restaurants - both the buffet and the Lemoni a la carte restaurant were great. Good variety at breakfast, and delicious traditional food at Lemoni overlooking the pool and the magical sunset. Good (ramped) parking inside the hotel premises, and also outside of it. The hotel has entertainment nights organized as well - Greek nights, live music by the pool/bar which is a very nice touch. The hotel has a cute passage leading to the beach which, at the time we were there, was super peaceful and quiet. Not crowded and so relaxing. As there were no sun beds at the time (late May, beginning of June), we walked along the beach (200-300m) to the Lilyann Boutique hotel’s beach which has a nice beach area - comfortable sun beds and a nice beach bar. Overall, an honest recommendation for this place. It has truly been an enjoyable experience (so much that we decided to extend our stay by 5 additional days) and we are sad to leave.

I cant seem to find enough comments about the food. So here is my review: We stayed for 7 days with half-board, dinner and breakfast and let me tell you how good it was. Breakfast was very good, similar stuff every day but had big variety to choose from, but the dinner... it was amazing. 2-3 sea food options, meats like rabbit and lamb, traditional greek meats and salats, 10 different deserts and even ice-cream. it was amazing every night. We didnt have to eat the same meal twice. Drinks are not included in the price for the dinner option but still worth the 10 euro draft beer. The staff was perfect, attentive, and very professional. Rooms were large, clean, with lovely views. There is a heated outdoor pool which was perfect for us during the spring temperatures. I wish i stayed 1 extra week

We were once again truly impressed by Acrotel Athena. The beauty of the hotel, the spotless cleanliness of the rooms, and the exceptionally good food made our stay wonderful from start to finish. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Some team members, especially Aggelos (I hope I spelled his name correctly), went above and beyond our expectations with their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for the guests. Every detail made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely pampered throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in a place where guests are truly appreciated and treated with exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic experience. We look forward to returning again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good hotel l, well positioned and with stunning views. Pros: Delicious food with many option (we had halfboard) Beach restaurant at lilly anne boutique very good portions and quality Good cleaning service on a daily basis Very nice pools area, clean with confortable beds and nice bar Room design simple but with taste Large parking areas with shade Green areas very well maintained Good free coffee capsules in room 2/day Terrace at main restaurant beautifully decorated and with many places to enjoy sunset and a drink All staff is helpful and provides clear informations Beach area clean but rocky not with sand (stil beautiful) Very quiet in all areas, it gives you a relax and chill mood Cons: Beach area at athena pallas is very small, unable to sustain all guest when hotel is fully booked; we used the lilly ann boutique beach which is very large and more beautiful (although the boutique sister hotel is cheaper has a more quality beach area with bar, restaurant and toilets). At athena pallace 1st toilet is near reception and pool area which is a considerable distance from it’s beach area (beach area across the street and with several staircases). Alcoholic beverages very expensive and also food at Lemoni (but the atmosphere is cozy and more elegant, with delicious dishes). Very low evening entertainment (we had only 2 events in 1 week, a greek night and a live singing).
