We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, they were super helpful and were great when we had issues with our tv and lights. The facilities are great, pool beautiful, Thomas bit noisy at times and seats around the area get claimed early. There were some great activities such as aqua yoga and foam party which were fun. The rooms were comfortable and beds super comfortable. The food was good in the main restaurant, the buffet breakfast was great and included things like omelette and soup station and delicious fruits and pastries. A great location- easy to walk to markets and shops/restaurants and on a beautiful beach.

Wonderfull !!!!!! We absolutely love staying At this resort, this is our second time staying. It is the most perfect location close to Bali collection as well as local shops and restaurants. The beach is one of the best beaches in Bali always cleaned by the ground staff. The facilities are outstanding. My 12-year-old son had the best time jumping off the platform And had so much fun at the foam party. We took our one year-old to the kids Club and the workers could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and stay here again. Absolutely recommend for any families looking to go to Bali for the first time.

Fantastic all-rounder in Nusa Dua – Merusaka Nusa Dua exceeded expectations We recently stayed at Merusaka Nusa Dua and it really is a great resort that covers most bases for a relaxing Bali holiday. From the moment we arrived, the blend of modern elegance and traditional Balinese charm was evident – lush grounds, friendly staff, and that perfect beachfront location right on Mengiat Beach. The rooms are high quality: spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained with thoughtful Balinese touches. We opted for a swimout room (pool access from our balcony/terrace), and because of the heat in Bali, I would highly recommend it. Stepping straight from our room into the refreshing pool was an absolute game-changer – no trekking across the resort in the midday sun, just pure convenience and luxury. The pools themselves are beautiful, with unique layered designs, plenty of space, and always seemed clean and inviting. Dining options were solid, with a good variety of restaurants covering international and Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast spread was generous, and we enjoyed poolside and beachfront meals without any major complaints. Everything felt fresh and well-presented. The standout for us was the spa – it’s genuinely amazing. The treatments, ambiance, and service made it one of the highlights of our stay. Whether you’re after a relaxing Balinese massage or something more indulgent, it’s worth booking time there. Overall, Merusaka Nusa Dua delivers on high-quality rooms, excellent pools, reliable restaurants, and top-tier wellness facilities. It’s family-friendly yet peaceful enough for couples, with direct beach access and a secure, upscale Nusa Dua vibe. If you’re visiting Bali and want a resort that ticks nearly every box (especially in the heat), this is a strong choice. We’d happily return.

Our first time staying in Nusa Dua and at the Merusaka. I cannot express how much we have loved it here! We stayed in a Deluxe Pool Access room (which is shared with one other room), but we were lucky enough to not have anyone staying in the room next door so we had the pool to ourselves. All of the staff are amazing, kind and extremely helpful. The room was great with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom, Netflix, coffee machine and cold aircon. There are 4 restaurants and a bar onsite - who needs to leave really!? There is stable WIFI throughput the whole resort, BNI atm and money exchange in the lobby. The beachside pool and private beach chairs etc are a great spot to spend the day. I couldn’t recommend Merusaka enough and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Merusaka for 6 days and absolutely loved every moment! We had a pool access room and upgraded to the all-inclusive package (orange wristband) — honestly the best value ever. Endless food and drinks, multiple stunning pools, and service that was consistently prompt, friendly and genuinely caring. A huge shout-out to Dana at the pool bar — he truly made our stay unforgettable. He looked after us so beautifully and added such a personal touch every day. The whole pool bar team was brilliant! Our room was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and the most divine soaking tub. The entire resort and its facilities were spotless, welcoming, and so well maintained. We also loved the cute daytime / evening market onsite — such a charming touch. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. Merusaka exceeded all expectations, and we will definitely be back!
