We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, they were super helpful and were great when we had issues with our tv and lights. The facilities are great, pool beautiful, Thomas bit noisy at times and seats around the area get claimed early. There were some great activities such as aqua yoga and foam party which were fun. The rooms were comfortable and beds super comfortable. The food was good in the main restaurant, the buffet breakfast was great and included things like omelette and soup station and delicious fruits and pastries. A great location- easy to walk to markets and shops/restaurants and on a beautiful beach.

Merusaka Nusa Dua is a massive, vibrant property that offers a fantastic Bali resort experience. The property is absolutely sprawling, starting with one of the largest and most magnificent hotel lobbies I have ever seen. The customer service here is excellent—warm and highly professional across the board. Between the pristine private beach, the many expansive swimming pools, and the huge variety of daily activities, you are completely spoiled for choice. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient, sitting within easy walking distance to Bali Collection for shopping and dining. The only real downside is that the property is showing its age; because it is a bit older, the condition of the furniture is not great and could definitely use an update. Overall, despite the tired furnishings, the sheer scale, incredible beachfront, and stellar service make it a wonderful place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merusaka Nusa Dua. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning pools, immaculate gardens and a fantastic beachfront that’s perfect for relaxing or swimming. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made the experience. Our first breakfast was a little busier than we’d expected due to a large conference being held at the resort. However, the following morning additional dining areas were opened, making for a much more enjoyable breakfast experience. We appreciated how well the staff managed such a large event. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach under the shade of a tree, enjoying great food and drinks from the beach café while overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect way to finish our first Bali holiday. We’d happily stay here again and would certainly recommend Merusaka to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront resort in Nusa Dua.

If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! This place is heaven on earth. We purchased the all-inclusive package, and it was better than we expected - all food and most of the drinks (very little was not included there), beach towels, 1 hour massage each, and daily replenishing of the room mini-bar. We ate at all of the restaurants/bistros - all food was delicious and beautifully presented. Every single staff member was so happy and welcoming to everyone - nothing short of exceptional service. Extra special shoutouts go to 3 particular staff members at Ja’Jan By The Sea bistro - Krisna, Bhagas and Martini. Their hospitality and attention to detail, were second to none. We will absolutely be staying here again.

A lovely resort, we had a room with a pool, it was very spacious and comfortable. Huge bathroom with an extra large bath. Food was quite good, although I would not recommend the buffet for breakfast. There was so much variety, but way too busy. The grounds are lovely was were pools. Staff always helpful. Great place if you just want to chill & relax. Some distance from many of Balis attractions though. Disappointed to see the rubbish left on the beach, seems many of the tourists have no respect for this country.
