Amazing hotel and fantastic service, especially the crew at the pool who looked after our family all week. Tata Adi was a stand out, very friendly and helpful with the kids. One comment to note was the size of the twin share rooms, Luxury escapes sold this as able to sleep 4 ppl, 2 adults and 2 kids, however the twin beds are smaller than a double but larger than a king single, with only a single pillow, so I’m not sure how 4 ppl could sleep on these. The hotel was fully booked so no additional rooms however they were great at building a work around for us for the week. Would definitely come back though, we had a great experience.

We had dinner here today and absolutely loved the location. The atmosphere by the water was beautiful and so relaxing. Because of Tata's attentiveness and warm hospitality, we enjoyed our dining experience so much that we ended up ordering another round of the seafood BBQ! He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was delicious, the setting was amazing, and the outstanding service made it even better. Tata is a real asset to the team. We can't wait to come back!

Maya Sanur Resort & Spa was the perfect place to end our Bali holiday. The resort manages to feel both luxurious and relaxed, with beautiful modern architecture, lush tropical gardens, and a fantastic beachfront location right on Sanur's promenade. Everything we wanted—restaurants, cafés, shops, and the new ICON Bali Mall—was within easy walking distance, while the beach was ideal for peaceful sunrise walks. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was one of the best we've slept in, and the room was immaculately cleaned every day. The entire property is maintained to an incredibly high standard, from the gardens to the pools. The breakfast was a highlight. The selection was very good, with fresh tropical fruit, made-to-order egg dishes, local Indonesian specialties, pastries, pancakes, and excellent coffee. Every morning felt like a treat. What truly makes Maya Sanur stand out, however, is its staff. Every interaction—from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and pool staff—was warm, genuine, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone greeted us with a smile that made us feel sincerely welcome throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful and never felt overcrowded, with plenty of space to relax. The restaurants served excellent food, and the spa was another highlight, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring Bali. Maya Sanur strikes a perfect balance between a luxury resort and authentic Balinese hospitality. Beautiful rooms, good food, fantastic facilities, an unbeatable location, and truly exceptional service make it a place we'd happily return to and confidently recommend to anyone visiting Sanur.

The hotel is very nice located with beach front, the infrastructure is also very nice. The room I stayed was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was clean. They also hold a Full moon dinner, with traditional Balinese food and dance, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a nice experience and the food was delicious, prepared by Agus and his team. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. And it is nice to have yoga classes inside the hotel too :)

Spent a beautiful 5 nights at the Maya Sanur with a group of friends (aged 38-40) and all our kids (aged 5 months to 9 years). The property is beautiful manicured and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend including the buffet breakfast which was amazing! The kids especially loved the doughnut wheel and chocolate fountain! The Tree Bar is an excellent restaurant and bar and with kids eating free, it was our favourite place to eat, especially with being right on the beach. The kids absolutely LOVED Kids Club, most of which is free, and gave us adults lots of time to relax. The Kids Club staff were so warm and friendly, my daughter never wanted to leave! The Maya Spa was an absolute treat and the staff so professional. I walked out of a glorious 2.5 hour treatment like I was walking in a cloud! The resorts location was also a huge plus with lots to see along the beach boardwalk and lots of shopping along the main road. Something for everyone, very family friendly, and bonus - minimal influencers about (hehe). Highly recommend!
