The entire team — from reception and concierge service to housekeeping and the waitstaff— was excellent. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We have just gotten married, and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our room. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture! The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service team was so friendly. We would especially like to mention Salvador, who was assigned to us. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. You can truly feel that he has his heart in the right place and that taking care of guests genuinely means a lot to him. Thank you to the entire team — everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The pool on the terrace is beautiful, and the excursion offered by the hotel (the desert trip) was amazing and very well organized. The trip was carried out by Q-Explorer and our guide was Hazem - thank you for making this experience unforgettable!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed — not just by the beautiful lobby or the elegant rooms, but by the people who truly make this place special. The hotel’s location is perfect — a short, pleasant walk to the lively alleys and shops of Souq Waqif, where nights are filled with lantern light, spice scents, and local charm. It felt like having both peace and adventure right outside our door. What made our stay unforgettable was the team. Special thanks to the housekeeping superstar Prasanti and her team. Their thoughtful touches — from perfectly folded towels to those little extra details we didn’t even ask for — brought a warmth to our stay. If you’re looking for comfort, location, and a team that genuinely cares, this hotel is a wonderful choice.

I stayed at the hotel with my family (two adults and two children) for three nights. The hotel has an excellent location, honestly one of the best. It’s surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops, and it’s less than a 10 minute walk from Souq Waqif. If I ever come back, it would be my first choice without any hesitation. The suite was luxurious and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I even forgot some cash when I checked out, and they kept it safe until received it. Their honesty really deserves appreciation and definitely counts for a lot

I have stayed in several luxury hotels in Lusail, but Mandarin Oriental truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. We were escorted to the lobby, offered refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and immediately felt well cared for. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and engaging; the way he interacted with me made the check-in experience truly memorable. When we arrived in our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful anniversary setup, which made our stay even more special. I would like to personally thank Nazeem from front office team, Cheda from the IRD team, and the housekeeper who handled our turndown service (I regret not knowing his name). His attention to detail was outstanding—he even recreated the rose petals on our bed, neatly arranged my personal items in the bathroom, and organized things on the couch. It was truly above and beyond. This experience made me understand why Mandarin Oriental holds a Forbes 5-Star standard. After staying here, my expectations for service have definitely been raised. It was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely return. I can confidently say—I am now a FAN.
