I had a wonderful two-night stay at Mandarin Oriental Doha. From the moment we arrived, the hotel truly felt luxurious. The interior design, décor, and overall atmosphere are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are elegant and well designed. If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers a true luxury experience, I highly recommend staying here. A special thank you to the management team for upgrading us to a complimentary suite to celebrate our special occasion. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable, and we truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality. The only issue I experienced was with the room service/reception response late at night. Around midnight, I simply wanted to request the complimentary bottled water. Unfortunately, I had to call the reception, concierge, and several other extensions around 15–20 times before anyone answered. It took about 40–45 minutes just to get through and receive the water. For a hotel of this standard, that level of responsiveness was disappointing and should definitely be improved. That said, I would also like to thank the manager on duty, who handled the situation professionally, apologized sincerely, and kindly offered us a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, despite this issue, the stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, clean, luxurious, and the staff were welcoming. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

The staff provide exceptional service, combining professionalism with warm, personalized attention. I had an a great 3 nights stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Upon arrival, the staff at the entrance will always greet you with a smile, answer any questions, and make sure you are well taken care of when entering and leaving the hotel. Yiga, Collins and the entire team at the entrance are so kind, and have the best hospitality, it felt like I was staying with family. At the reception desk Yousra, Mehak, and the entire team greeted us with joy upon arrival, made sure we had refreshments at check in, and gave us great tips and advice for exploiting Doha. Yousra was kind enough to arrange breakfast before I departed for my 4am flight back home. The room service staff is also so lovely. They prepared the meals so nicely and the food was always delicious and arrived on time with so much attention to detail. I did have breakfast at the restaurant as well. Gigi and Eric and the entire team at the restaurant took such great care of us during our stay. I will be coming back again to visit. I feel so relaxed and recharged, and can’t wait to see everyone at the Mandarin Oriental Doha again InshaAllah!

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Doha was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The service was exceptional and truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options, and everything from the room to the overall atmosphere was flawless. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, everything about the stay was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Doha and would love to stay again in the future.
