We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jumeirah, the day after our wedding in a nearby villa in Uluwatu. The staff were kind and accommodating. There was a massive Indian wedding starting the day after, and they had to change our room - in order to make up for it, they gave us complimentary massages which were absolutely blissful. We’re glad we were leaving when the wedding started though, as the noise from the sound test alone was extreme. The food was extremely high quality at both restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. Vincent was also very polite.

Before I get into my review of Jumeirah Bali, I have to start by mentioning our incredible butler, Davin. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, he was consistently professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was helping with requests around the resort or assisting us with recommendations and arrangements for our adventures outside the hotel. He truly elevated our entire stay. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking. Every corner showcases beautiful Indonesian architecture, intricate stone carvings, tranquil fountains, koi ponds, and lush tropical gardens that create an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. A special mention also goes to the resort's passionate head gardener Iren, whose dedication is evident in every tree, flower, and plant throughout the property. Don't miss the herb garden, which is a serene little oasis and a wonderful reflection of the care that goes into maintaining the grounds. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, which was perfect for our family with young children. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, there's a spacious living area, plenty of outdoor terrace space, and a private pool that the kids absolutely loved. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious. If you're travelling with children, you're in for a treat. The Peafowl Kids Club is fantastic, with an energetic, caring team and a full weekly programme of activities, including both complimentary and paid experiences. Our children especially loved the cooking classes, dream catcher making, treasure hunts, and arts and crafts sessions. Travelling without children? There's plenty for adults too. The resort offers an excellent weekly schedule of cultural and wellness activities. I highly recommend the aromatherapy soap-making workshop, batik painting, Balinese incense making, and jamu making. A special thank you to Anggi, whose patience, kindness, and passion made every activity so enjoyable. I also experienced his sound healing session, which was unlike anything I've tried before and is something I would happily do again. The Talise Spa is another absolute highlight and an essential part of the Jumeirah Bali experience. I enjoyed several treatments during my stay, and every one of them was exceptional. I particularly recommend the hot stone massage and their facials, both of which were incredibly relaxing and beautifully delivered. The resort also has a well-equipped gym. The only suggestion I would make is to consider expanding it in the future, as it became quite busy on most mornings during our stay, making it difficult to access equipment when occupancy was high. Dining was another highlight. The in-room dining menu is extensive, and the team is wonderfully accommodating with special requests. The breakfast restaurant offers an excellent selection each morning, with high-quality dishes and attentive service. The main swimming pool is stunning, generously sized, and perfectly positioned overlooking the ocean. Be sure to stop by the nearby ice cream stand, which serves delicious homemade ice cream that's perfect after a swim. From the pool area, you can also access the public beach, where you'll often find local surf instructors if you'd like to experience Bali's famous waves. Overall, Jumeirah Bali exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the outstanding service, beautiful villas, excellent dining, enriching cultural experiences, and family-friendly atmosphere, it was a truly memorable stay. We left with wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

A bit below Jumeirah standard for the UAE, but I believe they’re getting there. Food quality is average, and they really need to source ingredients from better suppliers. Breakfast was below average overall the international selection needs improvement. We ended up going to another restaurant in Uluwatu for dinner because of the poor choice within the property, and the food there was much higher quality. Rooms are ok, but the TVs are outdated no smart TV functionality to plug in YouTube or Netflix. During the World Cup we couldn’t find any channels showing it, though the team did provide a USB-C adapter so we could connect our iPad. Staff are amazing genuinely nothing to complain about. They did everything they could to make our stay special, especially for our kids’ birthday, which is a big part of why I rated the experience the way I did. Leadership presence was missing we only saw a duty manager at check-out. Kids club activities shouldn’t be paid at all we feel that should be included in what we’re already paying for. Lastly, sound insulation in the room ceiling needs work we could hear birds and monitor lizards (varan) on the roof, which scared our kids. Thanks again for your hospitality we hope to come back for a true 5-star experience.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay and made a reservation at AKASA Restaurant, where I had pre-arranged a “dream table” and a customized birthday cake. I’m truly grateful to the chef and the entire restaurant team for fulfilling all my requests so perfectly. They even prepared a handwritten card signed by everyone—it was such a small but incredibly touching gesture. Dining at Segaran Dining Terrace was just as lovely. I followed their recommendation and booked a private rock dinner one night. The setup was beautifully romantic, and they surprised me with another birthday celebration—complete with a cake and a birthday song. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. The biggest surprise came when I returned to my room that night. Two members of the housekeeping team were waiting with a guitar, an instant camera, and a birthday cake, singing Happy Birthday and even giving me a hand-drawn card. It was unexpected and so heartwarming—I’ll never forget that moment. These five days at Jumeirah Bali were filled with thoughtful details and genuine kindness from everyone I met. It didn’t feel like just great service—it felt personal. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay.

Absolutely unforgettable experience at Jumeirah Bali! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and truly world-class. The villas are stunning, spacious, and beautifully designed with breathtaking ocean views. Every detail felt luxurious and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the food was exceptional at every restaurant. The sunsets, private pool, and relaxing atmosphere made this one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at in Bali. Special thanks to Arik ( the bartender ) Ditha ( staff at Sagaran) Evan ( waiter at Akasa) Sri ( staff at Sagaran) If you’re looking for luxury, privacy, and authentic Balinese hospitality, Jumeirah Bali is the perfect destination. Can’t wait to come back!
