We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic,they were happy to help.Special thank you from us to Tere,Toni,Jose,Sebastian and all witch are we meet and made our holiday amazing. Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed great food ,lots variety of and lovely atmosphere. The sandy beach is right in front of the hotel, just across the road, and it's absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be coming back! All on 5⭐️and thank you for our time 😘

Hotel is okay, good location, just 3min walk from the beach and bus stop. Rooms are basic, which is not a problem but cleanliness could be improved. However we had room with view which was really nice and public areas of the hotel are nice as well. Staff is great. There is large variety of food. Only we had a little issue with gluten free options. We requested by email in advance, we got information that there is a gluten free separate buffet. Turns out, it wasn't and we were waiting every morning quite long time only for GF bread . Please be aware there is no smoking allowed on the outside tables by the pool. But in general we had nice stay 🙂

The hotel is situated in a great location, right across the road from Muro Beach; the services are excellent, and the food is varied. There are bus stops and a shopping area (with various shops) nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, though not particularly modern. Having stayed there twice, I highly recommend a visit—it is a peaceful area.

Rooms: small hotel rooms with balcony Service: friendly helpfull staff, also very kind to kids Pool: nice restfull pool, only bad thing, people put a towel and never appear Food (half board- breakfast and dinner): very good, every evening another kitchen Hygienic: perfect: clean rooms, daily cleaning and if it is neccasary new towels Bad part: rooms are too hot when sleeping. Been warned if keep the balcony door open can get caught by mosquito's. Air conditioning was very fanny, so we all caught a cold, even on the lowest setting of the air conditioning.

Dear JS Alcudi-Mar Hotel Team, Last week, we checked out of your hotel after spending a wonderful week with you. We travel quite a lot, but our stay at JS Alcudi-Mar was truly a special experience. The kindness, politeness, professionalism, empathy, and genuine care shown by your staff are difficult to put into words. My wife, my daughter Maya, and I felt completely at home throughout our stay. I would like to mention a few members of your team and thank them once again for making our holiday so memorable. My daughter's favourite was Toni from the lounge bar and restaurant. He always welcomed us with a big smile and great enthusiasm, and he never missed an opportunity to joke with Maya and make her laugh. He is a super friendly and a real asset to your team. I also greatly enjoyed my chats in Spanish with Rafa from the bar and restaurant. He was always helpful, friendly, and kind. He even let me use his mosquito spray when he noticed that I seemed to be the mosquitoes' favourite target! Irina from the restaurant always greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. She is a lovely person who genuinely cares about guests. Lucas and Francesca at reception were always professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Whether providing directions or assisting with various arrangements, they were a perfect example of outstanding front-of-house service. I must not forget Kante from the kitchen, who makes what may well be the best tortillas in the world! In truth, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for, from housekeeping to every other department. The atmosphere created by your team is something very special.
