🌺 InterContinental Jimbaran – Review The service truly made our stay exceptional — it was the highlight of the entire trip. A huge thank‑you to Ana, Veri, Mahesa, and Budi Uncle for going above and beyond every single day. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care elevated our experience far beyond the food, facilities, or any challenges we encountered. They are the reason we would consider returning. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and comfortable, and the Club Lounge was a great added touch with its calm atmosphere and generous offerings. The resort also does a fantastic job with water availability, which is something we really appreciated throughout the stay. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: • Vegetarian food options — The selection needs a step up across the resort. We often struggled to find enjoyable meals, and this impacted our overall dining experience. • Bella Cucina timing — Dinner taking around an hour to arrive is far too long for a restaurant of this calibre. • Poolside service — Service before 12pm is quite limited; having more staff available in the mornings would make a noticeable difference. Despite these issues, the service team made the stay memorable, and their dedication overshadowed the shortcomings. With improvements to dining and service coverage, this resort has the potential to be truly outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Bali Resort in Jimbaran and would happily give it five stars. The property has a beautiful, spacious lobby, friendly and attentive staff, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was great, and the poolside restaurant and bar offered one of the most breathtaking sunset views we've ever experienced. The beach was another highlight — clean, peaceful, and perfect for couples looking to unwind. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the well-equipped gym with complimentary steam room and sauna was a wonderful bonus. That said, the rooms and some of the beach loungers felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. We also found the pool water quite cold even during the dry season; using a sustainable solution such as solar heating could make the swim even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The location, service, facilities, and peaceful beachfront setting made for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Bali! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ananfa from the breakfast team, who really stood out to us. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and friendly service made our mornings even better. Thank you to Ananfa and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

Wow my favorite resort experience EVER. This place is magical! From the start, I contacted the team for special decorations and they did such a great job upon arrival. The resort was beautiful, the decorations (concierges by Lia) was splendid. The place had an amazing vibe for dinner with live music and drinks. We asked a worker where the best spot was to catch sunrise and jeezus that sunrise was special. Overall, what an experience. So happy we chose this place to celebrate our anniversary!!

Ive stayed in most of the 5 stars in Bali, but this one stands out the most. The Location, the services, the facility, the vicinity.. it was a mere percect score. 4.9/5.. The sunset views are just breathtaking. The waves was perfect. The kids LOVED every part of this hotel. The kids corner with the pool and beach side playground completed the family getaway. What i love about it the most was there was NO MUSIC so you can just relax in peace, reading books without getting interrupted by beats and drums. Yes they have a specific spot for live music and it is located away from the common area so it feels serene in most times. The services here are at the highest level, and the attention to details in the rooms were top notch. We stayed at the Mezzanine Suite and it was one of the best rooms we've had in Bali. We stayed for 5 days and we never left the hotel. It was all there.. Ive gotta say this is the Most recommended hotel stay in Bali.
