We had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Bali Resort in Jimbaran and would happily give it five stars. The property has a beautiful, spacious lobby, friendly and attentive staff, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was great, and the poolside restaurant and bar offered one of the most breathtaking sunset views we've ever experienced. The beach was another highlight — clean, peaceful, and perfect for couples looking to unwind. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the well-equipped gym with complimentary steam room and sauna was a wonderful bonus. That said, the rooms and some of the beach loungers felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. We also found the pool water quite cold even during the dry season; using a sustainable solution such as solar heating could make the swim even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The location, service, facilities, and peaceful beachfront setting made for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It’s incredibly clean with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff are very attentive and always try to help. The pools are magnificent. The restaurants and bars great also. We found the food to be very good with a great selection. Breakfast has a huge international selection also. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Wow my favorite resort experience EVER. This place is magical! From the start, I contacted the team for special decorations and they did such a great job upon arrival. The resort was beautiful, the decorations (concierges by Lia) was splendid. The place had an amazing vibe for dinner with live music and drinks. We asked a worker where the best spot was to catch sunrise and jeezus that sunrise was special. Overall, what an experience. So happy we chose this place to celebrate our anniversary!!

Ive stayed in most of the 5 stars in Bali, but this one stands out the most. The Location, the services, the facility, the vicinity.. it was a mere percect score. 4.9/5.. The sunset views are just breathtaking. The waves was perfect. The kids LOVED every part of this hotel. The kids corner with the pool and beach side playground completed the family getaway. What i love about it the most was there was NO MUSIC so you can just relax in peace, reading books without getting interrupted by beats and drums. Yes they have a specific spot for live music and it is located away from the common area so it feels serene in most times. The services here are at the highest level, and the attention to details in the rooms were top notch. We stayed at the Mezzanine Suite and it was one of the best rooms we've had in Bali. We stayed for 5 days and we never left the hotel. It was all there.. Ive gotta say this is the Most recommended hotel stay in Bali.

The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire experience felt warm and welcoming from beginning to end. A special thank you to Anggie, the Lobby Ambassador, who was incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help. She took the time to give us thoughtful recommendations and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Her warmth and professionalism made a wonderful impression and added so much to our experience. Thank you to Anggie and the entire team for such a memorable stay. We would definitely recommend the resort and hope to return in the future.
