Because of some lower-rated reviews, my expectations were low before arriving at the hotel. However, once we got here, I was pleasantly surprised. This is a really nice hotel for a family vacation, especially if you are traveling with children. The room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception team gave us a particularly warm welcome on our first day. While this is not a 5-star hotel, it is an excellent 4-star hotel that offers great value for money. At the time of writing, we still have three nights remaining, and we have already spent five wonderful days here. So far, our experience has been very positive. The only point I would mention is the half-board option. It includes breakfast and dinner, but drinks at dinner are charged separately. I understand charging for drinks during the day, but having to pay extra for soft drinks during dinner feels a bit unnecessary. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing holiday.

What an amazing vacation. Especially if you have kids. The hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable and the pools and beach are fantastic. The resort has activities going on all day for kids, bouncy houses, characters, pool games, live music at night. We did the half board including breakfast and dinner. The food was great. Constantly changing. Lots of meat and seafood options every day. We changed one dinner to lunch and just paid a 7€ fee per person as lunch includes open bar for drinks. I would definitely stay here again for a family vacation.

celebrated my birthday during my stay at this hotel, and it turned out to be one of the most special birthdays I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Sara and Pedro, who helped organize everything on very short notice. In just a few hours, they arranged a beautiful dinner by the sea, a lovely bouquet of flowers, an aperitif, and a birthday cake. What impressed me most was how carefully they listened to all my wishes and how much attention they paid to every detail. That evening, I was sitting by the ocean, surrounded by my friends, enjoying a beautiful dinner and feeling incredibly happy. Everything looked stunning and felt so thoughtful and personal. It was exactly what I had hoped for—and even better. Moments like these are what make a trip truly unforgettable. Thank you, Sara and Pedro, for your kindness, professionalism, and for making me feel so special on my birthday. I will always remember this celebration with a smile and hope to come back again someday. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking not only for a beautiful hotel, but also for people who genuinely care about their guests.

The hotel was overall decent and the staff was generally polite, but the service did not consistently match what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Several requests and concerns required repeated follow-up before they were properly addressed, which made the overall experience feel less attentive and less organized than expected. Communication was friendly, but the level of responsiveness and guest care could definitely be improved. Not a bad stay overall, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service quality and attention to detail.

I have to admit, this hotel really surprised me—in a very positive way. Considering the price, the quality is outstanding. Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special praise definitely goes to the animation team, who provided great activities every day, both sports and entertainment. The kids’ club was especially fantastic—my daughter loved spending time there, which allowed my wife and me to truly relax for a few hours each day. The SPA area is excellent, and I really appreciated the schedule: mornings open to everyone, and after 3 PM reserved for adults only. I’d also like to highlight the option to book swimming lessons for children at the hotel—it’s a great extra feature. The food was very diverse and of a high standard. This was our third time in Mallorca, and this hotel definitely served the best food we’ve had so far. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping was thorough—nothing to complain about. The hotel is also in a great location, with direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend it 👍
