We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The sea views were beautiful, and our large room on the third floor was excellent. In our opinion, these rooms are much more spacious and comfortable than some of the higher-floor rooms. The breakfast was very good, and Montse was especially kind and friendly each morning, always greeting guests with a smile. The only downside was the sun lounger situation. Many guests reserved loungers with towels for long periods without actually using them, making it difficult for others to find a place to sit. The hotel would benefit from enforcing a policy to prevent this behaviour. For dining in the evening, we recommend taking a short taxi ride to Peguera, where you’ll find a wider selection of nicer restaurants. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with fantastic views, comfortable accommodation, and friendly service.

Very good hotel and service. The view is breathtaking, and the overall hospitality is excellent. I would highly recommend considering the half board option, as the food is very good and reasonably priced when booked online together with the room. The dinner theme also changes every night, which keeps things interesting. The Star Prestige area is a nice added touch with great views and atmosphere, although the drinks at the bar could improve slightly in terms of flavor. Overall, however, it was a very enjoyable experience and we had a lovely stay.

Firstly the positives - the staff at this hotel are exceptional. Our special thanks go to Montse and Alejandro in the restaurant and Ian from the entertainment team, who always stopped to say hello and have a chat even if we weren't taking part in the activities. Also, a big thank you to the chefs, cleaners and the staff who are less visible - they all help to make this hotel clean, friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the hotel having a designated smoking area. This was great for us non smokers, not to find ourselves in a lovely sun bed position with vape or smoke spoiling our enjoyment. The slight negative for me, it was apparent that some things could do with a bit of an update. Our room, although clean, was tired. The Aircon was poor, the whirlpool bath was yellowed, the directional shower jets washed the walls and ceiling rather than the person showering and the toilet doorstop was right in front of the sink. I stood on it so many times when washing my hands or brushing my teeth that I had to wear shoes in the room. One of the shower areas on poolside didn't work . . The lifts were a bit of a nightmare at busy times. Small gripes, but a little bit of investment from IHG could make this hotel even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay with a small note on bedding – Would definitely return! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. * **Service & Staff:** Outstanding. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. * **Location:** Perfect. It made exploring the area very convenient and added great value to our trip. * **Food:** Delicious! Every meal was of high quality and exceeded our expectations. * **Cleanliness:** Spotless throughout the entire property. The housekeeping team does an amazing job. **Rooms & Comfort:** The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only minor downside for us was the bedding. While the beds themselves are spacious, they use traditional feather duvets/pillows (Federbetten), which might not be ideal or comfortable for everyone (especially those with allergies or preferences for firmer bedding). Apart from that, everything was absolutely top-notch. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again!

Our family have been staying at this hotel for many years. The location is amazing, close to bars and restaurants and has direct access to the sea. We have stayed in several different room types, all have been lovely especially the swim up room. It’s worth upgrading to star prestige if going in colder months as you get access to two additional pools and jacuzzis, one of which is heated. Staff are all incredible and so welcoming when we return. Special thanks to Ana, Luci, Neide and Katarina who recognised us straight away and couldn’t do enough to help.
