We spent a week at HYB Eurocalas in early June and came away really happy. The hotel sits in a quiet spot, which made it ideal for relaxing after busy days exploring the area. The food was good overall — plenty of variety at dinner and decent quality throughout. The only small letdown was breakfast, which got a bit monotonous after a few days; the selection didn’t change much from morning to morning. Not a dealbreaker, but a little more rotation would go a long way. The staff were the real highlight. Everyone was lovely and genuinely helpful, always happy to answer questions or sort out any small request. A special mention goes to Aida at reception — she was fantastic, warm, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. People like her make a real difference to a holiday. There’s a lot on offer for kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained, so families will feel right at home here. One thing worth noting: in early June the pool water was still a little on the cold side, so if you’re travelling early in the season, be prepared for that. A few other things we appreciated: the rooms were clean and comfortable, the grounds were well kept, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The location is a good base for getting out and seeing the nearby coves and beaches. All in all, a solid choice for a family holiday. We’d happily come back. 8.5/10.

my kids said it was the best hotel they have been too, Its non stop party vibes for kids and adults too , always something going on , the staff are amazing with the kids , and the slides are fast and fun , i was worried coming as my children are nearly 16 and 13 but they had loads of fun and wasn't bord once in the whole week . food is decent, and the other reviews are true. It's one of the best all-inclusive foods I've also had. the burger at snack bar are beautiful. The arcade is great. They have some steps going up stairs so there's actually two arcades. And a nice rooftop seats up there it's nice and quiet up there . The rooms are fine cleaned every day if you would like . The stuff work really hard , cleaning and entertaining, loads to do like water aerobics Football and a water rug, Watching some of the adults run across that is hilarious . The closest beach is about 300 steps to get up and down , And it's a killer , But theirs is another beach 20 minutes from the hotel , and the hotel provide afree bus there and back , every hour . also cocktails are lovely , and the beer is cold . The kids disco gets a bit annoying at night, but you're not obliged to go . I would come back Thank you for a lovely week hyb ,

We arrived in the room and found medicine, trash and nappies left from the previous person. Bar and restaurant staff are not very friendly. Food not great and not alot of choice. For me an all inclusive should offer everything for free, but for the evening entertainment for kids and the evening snack bar you have to pay…?! We wanted to have a longer sleep one morning and turned the ‘do not disturb’ sign on but the cleaners still came into the room at 9.30am!! When we left the room at 11 and put the cleaning sign on, they did not come back to clean the room. Another day when they ‘did’ clean the room, all the dirty dishes were left. If they would provide cleaning rags and soap i would happily do it myself, but of corse they do not provide it, so why did they not take care of it? Overall very disappointed and will certainly not be coming back or recommending this place!!

Just got back from our family holiday 20/07/26. It’s a nice hotel 1 hour from airport. To be honest staff at the reception not welcoming at all. People working in a hotel need to smile and be more welcoming, customer service very poor. Bar manager Ricardo is extremely rude. Also lady working at reception for TUI her name is Ewelina is very rude. Restaurant is extremely busy you can’t even have a conversation. Entertainment is very boring. Nice swimming pool and slides for the children. The best thing about this holiday is the beach.

Genuinely great place. Rooms are clean and yes used but still looking good. The service is great. The staff are really trying to meet everyone's needs despite not knowing English too well. Location is fantastic and beautiful. There's plenty of stuff to do with kids and around. And if in doubt just enjoy 3 pools, playground two splashes, gym arcade and other things in the hotel's vicinity. I would definitely return here anytime. Thanks Eurocalas.
