We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The resort is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the people. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every day, and we really appreciated the care and consistency throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including many local fruits. Our daughter especially loved the pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful beachfront. The resort felt peaceful and never overcrowded. One thing we especially appreciated was how proactive the staff were. Whether it was helping guests, answering questions, or simply noticing what we needed before we asked, the service always felt natural rather than forced. Hyatt Regency Bali gave us exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing family holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return in the future.

The Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur is a gorgeous, classic beachfront resort that captures the laid-back, tranquil vibe of the island. It beautifully pairs modern luxury with authentic Balinese architecture. The resort is built on lush tropical gardens filled with blooming flowers, winding pathways, and peaceful lotus ponds that make you feel like you are walking through a jungle oasis. The beachfront location sits right on Sanur’s famous paved beach boulevard where the water is calm and peaceful. It has three distinctive swimming pools, including a main pool you can swim beneath overhanging bougainvillea. The open-air restaurants are equally impressive and serves local favorites right by the lotus ponds. The service is warm and genuinely welcoming. They have a basket making crafts activity too. The Hyatt Club rocks with snacks, drinks, and quite good food. More fantastic service here too. The beachfront walkway right outside the resort is flat and runs for miles along the coast. Can get food animal all day and I love their happy hour! It’s also a very short walk to the little town with inexpensive yet great massages, slips, and restaurants. Don’t forget to check out the gym , sauna, and hot and cold plunges. This resort has it all!

Exceeded all expectations! A perfect luxury escape in Sanur！ We chose this hotel for a quiet year-end getaway, and it was worth every penny. Breakfast: An amazing variety! They rotate daily dishes (Chinese, Indian, Korean, etc.), so you never get bored. Honestly, it tasted better than eating out. Club Lounge: Perfect for those who want to relax with drinks. They offer free-flow alcohol and great light bites for a few hours in the evening—ideal if you prefer a light dinner with drinks. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was very spacious with a perfect bathroom. The property is spotless, thanks to the hardworking staff cleaning from early morning with big smiles. Facilities: The grounds are huge and beautiful to walk around. We rented bikes and rode along the beachfront—it was so refreshing! It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth the value. We highly recommend it for a relaxing resort stay!

We stayed 6 nights with my husband. I loved everything about the hotel. At first it has a very serene environment, has lush gardens, very green , pools with fish even a duck family in one of the ponds. When you walk from one place to another it is like paradise. It is maintained very well . All staff in the hotel are very friendly, accommodating . Our room was very well designed, it had a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the gardens and see the part of the ocean. Bed, pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean. You can access the beach and beach was very looked after. Sunrises from the beach was beautiful. You can swim in the sea depending on the tide times. We mostly used the adult pool near the spa which was very nice. Spa was very good had a cold jacuzzi and hot jacuzzi , steam room and Sauna . Breakfast was very good. For lunch and dinner you have lots of options , you can eat at the hotel or around it there are lots of places to eat. I loved everything about the hotel and looking forward to come again.

This hotel/resort is simply stunning. Yes, it is a big place but it never really felt overcrowded or chaotic. The gardens are simply stunning and are what makes this place so relaxing and welcoming. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe Twin Room’ which was very spacious and had a lovely view over gardens. We love the old traditional style Bali buildings and vibe and this place delivers that. It is a credit to the resort management and staff. It has something for everyone and although we were just travelling as a couple, it appears to be very family friendly. The food was of a very high standard too. I can never speak highly enough of the staff we encounted during our stay in Bali and this was no exception. Such lovely, warm welcoming people. Always willing to assist. It makes the stay so much more enjoyable. It is really worth paying that little bit extra for 5 star quality. We are planning to return here next year.
