We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The hotel is amazing, with beautiful gardens, a great beachfront location, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and other facilities were well maintained. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially at the Regency Club, which was a true highlight. The staff there — Adam, Ariana, Gede, Pande, Nanda, Merta, and both Oka and all the other staff members — were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making every visit feel personal and special. The kids club was fun and our kids enjoyed it during our stay. It is a great hotel and we would happily return.

Love this place. Great service, good food, lots of options. Clean beach and rooms. The staff are lovely and really care about you. The restaurants, beach bar, pool - all great attentive service. Staff are attentive, and service is quick. The location is also great along a cycling track along the beach, there are bikes at the hotel too. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. On a side note the grounds are so lush and tropical, the hotel is big but it feels very private and has a tropical oasis feel.

Our 6-day, 5-night stay revealed a quieter, more serene side of Bali—Sanur, with its calm atmosphere yet unlimited dining options. The hotel mirrors this charm beautifully through its lush, well-designed landscape that pleases the eyes and soothes the heart. Breakfast at Omang-Omang Restaurant offered an impressive variety, with each dish maintaining excellent quality and taste. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff turned every breakfast into a perfect start to the day. They also open to serve you for lunch and dinner! We just spent 5 nights at this resort and it completely exceeded expectations. The room was cosy and well appointed. The pools were warm and clean and the staff were so helpful and kind. The location is right across the beach which was clean and calm. The kids club staff were kind and my child never wanted to leave. I personally loved the Club house and the food there was spectacular. It was a feature that made our stay extra easy, just having a close option with delicious food and drinks. A special shout out to Ricky who helped me find my lost phone and was my hero 🙌 I was really panicking and having his help saved the day. I will definitely be back.

A wonderful, family friendly 5 star resort in Sanur. Boasting expansive gardens, daily activities, 3 pools (adults only, kids, and general use) with a kids slide and water features, a great kids club, Pizzeria, theme dinners at Omang-Omang and a private club for evening drinks and light meals. The staff are super friendly and helpful and work hard to make your stay more enjoyable. My family stayed for 6 nights in December and love every moment. My only 2 recommendations would be a dress code for the Regency Club and more seafood and meat options for the themed Surf & Turf buffet. Other than that, we loved it.
