Take flight to the glorious sunshine island of Majorca for a sublime holiday at the HSM Atlantic Park. Perfect for families, couples and friends, this superb hotel offers a laid-back atmosphere and a prime location in the popular resort of Magaluf. Guests can while away the hours beside the fabulous swimming pool, or enjoy a host of activities available in or around the hotel. The biggest problem of this hotel is the management and the hotel chain. It’s supposed to be all-inclusive, but if you want a simple bottle of water you have to pay extra – what a joke for a so-called 4-star hotel. There is no minibar, no room service menu, and no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign for the door. Every morning at 9:30 the cleaning lady knocks, which is really annoying, especially in Magaluf. The drinks are a disaster. The free cocktails are machine-made, with alcohol so weak it only gives you a headache, and if you want anything decent you need to pay again. The ‘all-inclusive’ here feels like a scam. Hygiene is acceptable, nothing special. The only truly positive thing is the staff, who are kind and professional, but unfortunately they can’t make up for the poor management. Many congratulations to the pool bar staff, especially Raquel and Ray. Overall, this hotel seems more suitable for seniors or families. For young people looking for a proper Magaluf experience, it’s definitely not the right choice.

Complete satisfaction ! 3 nights in the hotel, great rich half board, within walking distance of the beach, lots of shops nearby, quiet in the hotel, clean sufficient room with everything you need. Cold pool, but plenty of sun loungers, nice service in the bar, higher prices, but overall I recommend it and thank you for a relaxing few days 👍

The staff are faultless. Kind and helpful. Rooms and hotel is clean. But the food!! It’s so bland and tasteless. And lack of choice. We have not eaten there and we are all inclusive. This hotel is not for a fussy eater or someone looking for English dishes or anything along them lines. All the meats are in silly sauces ect…..

Rooms are modern and comfortable but lacking in draw space. TV was useless . No English Channels other than bbc News. The hotel was noisy but you are in Magaluf. A stone throw from the pirate show and night life bars ect. Food wasn’t great and always Luke warm. Entertainment was terrible mostly done by the hotel animation team. Our bed sheets weren’t changed in over a week and had to ask for them to be changed. My main complaint would be the fella on the snack bar . Who shock his tip jar and asked for tips!. I only went to the snack bar twice as I felt so intimidated by him. I was all inclusive. And didn’t walk around with cash. The restaurant and bar staff are incredible working so hard . And always trying so hard to serve everyone. The Hot food in the restaurant is very repetitive. And poor quality.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Palma de Mallorca. €700 were stolen from my room, and the staff did not take the situation seriously. Instead of receiving help or solutions, I was met with indifference. The lack of safety and professionalism is shocking. I left completely disappointed and I strongly advise others not to stay here.
