Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was nice, clean, although the furniture can be a bit better. Located in a central area, very good connections to go anywher in the city, close to the subway, a big park nearby and the police station right across the street. Staff was very nice and the breakfast with plenty of choices, very good. The rooms can be improved a bit, look a bit old and the carpets from the hallways are a bit dirty, they should change them but other then this, very good price to quality ratio.

Not quite sure how it's a 4 star? Located just out of the centre, right by the Estación de Intermodal. A 20 minute walk down to the Cathedral! Probably the most compact 4* bedroom I've ever stayed in. Queen size bed ( comfortable) & maybe a metre of space, to two sides! No tea & coffee facilites, but there was a fridge. The bathroom was almost as big! Very nicely appointed bathroom and great shower. Again for a 4*, the breakfast was more of a 3*! Small cooked offering ( all nice) & the usual cold stuff. I paid what I consider to be top dollar for this room and I don't feel it justified it, That said, it allowed me to have a good explore of Palma, so I'm not unhappy. Just won't return.

The location is wonderful, the rooms were very lacking for a 4 star hotel, even the 1 star I stayed in before chucking into this one had a coffee station. This one had the bare minimum but the location was great. The younger lady and the desk in the afternoons was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Average hotel, fine for one night but needs a serious refurbishment. The carpets in the halls are rotten all stained and curled up. Bedroom we stayed in was tiny, you could barely walk around the bed and I dont know where you would keep your suitcase if you were staying longer than a night. The lady at reception wasnt very friendly either but suited the average vibe of the hotel! One plus is that it is right beside the bus station.

Great location and have been coming here since it opened and since then ITS GONE DOWN HILL SIGNIFICANTLY! Some rooms have been “updated” which means the cheapest of cheap refurbishment and a smart tv. The carpet were replaced because they were full of bleach stains. The room we are in right now 1212 has a series of flaws that have been pointed out and 3 nights in have not been resolved which is an indication of the loveless management of this hotel ! The sink tap drips constantly so we put a flannel under it so we could sleep and the water actually bleached it ! Yes it bleached the Grey Boss Flannel ! The toilet is the same, runs all the time! The safe in the room doesn’t work and the shower head only is only 25% working. Don’t expect complimentary water. There was an empty bottle in the mini fridge - yes an empty bottle. The shower head is virtually empty and even if it was full doesn’t pump and attached to the wall anyways ! We have never had anything complimentary from this hotel with. Absolutely NOTHING and like I said we’ve been coming here since the get go and each time we arrive there’s new staff and treated like it’s our first visit. In essence don’t stop here unless it’s a good rate !
