I booked a Reiki session at Sava Spa, and it was deeply helpful for me. The space felt very comfortable — the temperature was just right, and the warm wooden surroundings created a sense of safety and calm from the moment I entered. At the beginning of the session, the therapist suggested using a device to scan the condition of my seven chakras, and then focused the Reiki energy more deeply on the chakras that needed support. Throughout the session, I felt extremely relaxed and at ease. I entered a very deep state of consciousness, experienced some vivid dreams, and at some point I believe I also fell asleep. When the session ended, I felt a profound sense of relaxation — not just physical relaxation like a massage, but a mental and emotional release as well. It felt as if my whole system became lighter and more spacious. That night, I had a very meaningful dream. I dreamed of my younger brother, who passed away two years ago. In the dream, we embraced each other for a long time. I have carried my grief quietly in my heart since his passing, and this experience felt deeply healing and symbolic. Perhaps this was connected to what the therapist mentioned about my heart chakra needing support. I found it quite magical that such a powerful and healing dream arose after the session. Amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. Warm and friendly welcome from Mr. Yaza at the front desk. The room had a beautiful view, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast service by Miko at the restaurant was outstanding and very attentive. A special thanks to the duty manager for the exceptional care during a health issue I experienced. His genuine concern, follow-ups, and regular check-ins truly reflected outstanding hospitality and made me feel safe and well cared for. Highly recommended! I will definitely return for a longer stay.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! Every member of the staff was incredibly warm, and pleasant, and the service was truly amazing. Our room was huge and I specifically adore having a walk-in wardrobe with a makeup sitting area (a place to place the suitcase out of my sight). The buffet breakfast was outstanding and I strongly recommend to include it in your staying. It can occasionally take a while to acquire the first cup of coffee at breakfast, but it worthwhile to wait. During our stay, everything and everyone gave us the warmest welcome and attention.The only comment I can make is that I would suggest attempting to add a lovely aroma to the fresh towels.

I had a great experience with Asih and Diana. I did a massage with them and it was very good and professional. They really know how to relieve stress and relax the body. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I highly recommend visiting them for anyone looking for a great massage experience.

I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but this hotel has such a warm energy that’s hard to put into words. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond in ways that felt so genuine that it stayed with me every day of my stay. Katat, aka Dicky, kept surprising me with his special drinks and his hilarious concern about me being single. Sika gave me the best recommendations for where to go and what to see. The housekeeping team brought me ice buckets every day to help with my knee, always with a warm smile. Savitri delivered my morning coffee with the brightest energy. James made lattes that could rival any cage anywhere. And the chef who made me double-cheese omelettes every morning deserves a special mention. There were so many more wonderful people whose names I wish I remembered, but their kindness truly made this place feel like home. The location by the beach is perfect, the property is surrounded by lush greenery, and the rooms are fantastic. Maybe it’s the Bali air that puts you in a positive state of mind, but everyone here genuinely cares about you. If you want a stay filled with warmth, smiles, and little moments that make your day, do yourself a favour and stay here. And make sure to visit Sava Spa while you’re at it.
