One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful, love the design & the grounds, beautiful pools, loved the cold plunge. Several options for places to eat or drink and food was pretty good. Excellent breakfast, I’ve never seen such an impressive breakfast buffet. The employees are SO wonderful, very friendly, helpful and accommodating…*Special shout out to Ratih she was amazing* Being able to shoot them a message at any time on WhatsApp and having them show up quickly was so appreciated. They even had a seamstress on site that repaired an outfit of mine! Loved the oranges & press to make fresh OJ. The bed was SO comfy. Incredibly clean rooms as was the rest of the hotel. I liked how they had activities for the guests. I enjoyed puppy yoga. Being an IHG member I felt they especially took great care of me here. They even upgraded me to a villa my last night there as a way to apologize for some loud noise I’d mentioned which was totally unexpected and really appreciated. I enjoyed my experience here so much. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Indigo.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and stylish, creating the perfect start to the day. I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Bali and looking for a memorable breakfast experience. I look forward to visiting again!"

This was my third stay at Indigo, and while I still consider it a great hotel, I noticed that some of the rooms are starting to show signs of wear. The first room we were assigned had a noticeable urine odor, but the staff responded promptly and moved us to another room without any hassle. Makase Restaurant continues to maintain the same excellent quality of food that I remembered. However, I noticed that some of the dishes and plates were stained, and the service was slower and less accurate than on my previous visits—likely due to the busy holiday season. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would still recommend the hotel. I hope to see some improvements in room maintenance and service during my next visit.

Now back in Beijing, China, and reflecting on the past two weeks, the memories of our stay at the Bali Indigo hotel are truly astonishing. Our summer vacation there was absolutely exceptional, transforming into the most comfortable and memorable holiday we've ever experienced. We initially chose this hotel by chance, but the unparalleled service and genuine warmth have convinced us to make it our annual retreat. From the moment we arrived, the check-in hospitality, complete with refreshing drinks and delightful candies, set a wonderful tone. The unique and enjoyable ceremony before entering our villa added a special touch of serious fun. We found immense joy and relaxation spending most of our time in our private dipping pool, accompanied by the gentle chirping of birds and a serene incense aroma. The Butler service team, including Restu, Guna, Brama, and Arya, was absolutely remarkable, spoiling us with their attentive care. Restu, our key contact, was particularly outstanding; every simple question posed to him resulted in a top-tier solution. For instance, when we expressed interest in a nearby tennis court, he not only helped us discover a hidden gem with a top-level coach and a rare clay court but also secured a discount on the total price. His timely responses on WhatsApp were an invaluable resource for our entire stay and trip. A particular highlight was Bagus, who truly went above and beyond when he hopped on his scooter to catch us on our way to Ubud, just to return our forgotten tennis rackets – a gesture we deeply appreciated. The easy walk to the beach, with its secure access, made us feel both safe and privileged. Though it's a public beach, it was impeccably clean and offered stunning views, especially during sunset. The reasonable prices for beers and the readily available comfortable loungers only added to the perfect beach experience. Overall, the Bali Indigo hotel Seminyak truly exceeded our expectations. If you're seeking a stay that perfectly blends peaceful tranquility with convenient access to activities, Bali Indigo is unequivocally the ideal choice.
Viva la vida loca
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak and would definitely come back. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything is very well maintained. The swimming pools were always clean and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice every morning. I also really enjoyed the food throughout my stay. A special mention to Sava Spa, my treatment there was an experience in itself and one of the highlights of my trip. I also had a boxing session with Rai, who was a fantastic trainer and made the workout both enjoyable and challenging. What I appreciated most was the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and respectful, which made it easy to switch off and enjoy the holiday. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay.
