We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ari and Ratih for taking such great care of us every morning. Your kindness and warm hospitality made our days start perfectly. The café staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable with your outstanding service. You truly made our vacation perfect. We hope to come back again! (We also really appreciated the beautiful honeymoon towel decoration in our room.)

This was my second time staying at Hotel Indigo with a courtyard access room. These rooms types are on the ground floor and with access to the courtyard which sees the pool only a few foot steps away, along with the Tree Bar and lawns where they have nightly entertainment such as jazz duet and fire dancers. On the night of jazz, we sat on our outdoor lounge of our room and listed to jazz with a few quiet drinks, was so peaceful. It also has a shower you can access from inside or outside of room, perfect when coming straight from the pool and hopping straight into the shower! The beach is right outside the front of the hotel and the Breakfast Club outlet out the front that serves all day breakfast actually serves cocktails and Japanese food in the evening. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail watching the sunset, just bliss! They only thing is the hotel doesn't seem to promote this drinks service, only the all-day breakfast. We found out about evening drinks by accident, so better promotion would see more people go. as it is really worth having a drink there, watch the sun set and people watch on the beach. The resort has several pools that are all serviced with food and beverage. Just push a button next to your sun bed and someone is there is no time to take your order. We ate in the hotel each night and the quality of the food and beverage in all outlets is outstanding and the breakfast is amazing. Of course, all of this cannot be accomplished without amazing staff which this hotel has. Nothing is too much from trouble from any department, always smiling, happy with genuine hospitality service. Special shoutout to Mita in F&B on breakfast, remembered us from our last stay 2 years ago. Cannot recommend this hotel enough enough and will be back again!

This was my first time visiting Bali, and staying at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was absolutely amazing. The facilities are beautiful, the service is incredibly efficient, and the entire property is simply stunning. What really stood out to my wife and me, though, was the hospitality. Unfortunately, during our stay we both became quite sick. The way the team looked after us was genuinely exceptional. They regularly checked in to see how we were feeling, kept us updated, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their care and attention went far beyond what we expected from a hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. The level of service was second to none and really showed how much the team cares about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Bali. Hotel Indigo Seminyak is an amazing property with fantastic facilities, wonderful staff and truly outstanding hospitality.

Now back in Beijing, China, and reflecting on the past two weeks, the memories of our stay at the Bali Indigo hotel are truly astonishing. Our summer vacation there was absolutely exceptional, transforming into the most comfortable and memorable holiday we've ever experienced. We initially chose this hotel by chance, but the unparalleled service and genuine warmth have convinced us to make it our annual retreat. From the moment we arrived, the check-in hospitality, complete with refreshing drinks and delightful candies, set a wonderful tone. The unique and enjoyable ceremony before entering our villa added a special touch of serious fun. We found immense joy and relaxation spending most of our time in our private dipping pool, accompanied by the gentle chirping of birds and a serene incense aroma. The Butler service team, including Restu, Guna, Brama, and Arya, was absolutely remarkable, spoiling us with their attentive care. Restu, our key contact, was particularly outstanding; every simple question posed to him resulted in a top-tier solution. For instance, when we expressed interest in a nearby tennis court, he not only helped us discover a hidden gem with a top-level coach and a rare clay court but also secured a discount on the total price. His timely responses on WhatsApp were an invaluable resource for our entire stay and trip. A particular highlight was Bagus, who truly went above and beyond when he hopped on his scooter to catch us on our way to Ubud, just to return our forgotten tennis rackets – a gesture we deeply appreciated. The easy walk to the beach, with its secure access, made us feel both safe and privileged. Though it's a public beach, it was impeccably clean and offered stunning views, especially during sunset. The reasonable prices for beers and the readily available comfortable loungers only added to the perfect beach experience. Overall, the Bali Indigo hotel Seminyak truly exceeded our expectations. If you're seeking a stay that perfectly blends peaceful tranquility with convenient access to activities, Bali Indigo is unequivocally the ideal choice.
