Spotlessly clean hotel, lovely pool area also very clean plenty of sun loungers, pool bar also great, bar staff great . Dining room kept clean plenty of choice of food but could have done with being a bit hotter, on the whole a decent hotel to stay at in lovely grounds. Beach just a short stroll away. Every member of staff I dealt with were excellent, from the hose keeping team right up to reception staff all very friendly and always had a smile

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good range of foods and drinks for an all inclusive package. The rooms are dated, but again very clean and it doesn’t detract from the overall picture. The hotel is a little on the edge of town, but beach is only five minutes away and it’s not too far to walk into town. For me being on the beach edge is peaceful and relaxing, but access to town isn’t difficult. Pool area is great, loads of space and loads of sun loungers, no need to worry about not being able to find one!!

It’s a great location, a short walk to the wonderful promenade & beach. The hotel staff were great. Rooms could do with an extra electric point. No walk in shower, but then the cost of a refurb would push prices up in the future. The food was lovely, a great selection. The outdoor pool temperature was spot on. Overall would recommend this hotel, thanks for our stay.

Location, very pleasant. We were here for one week during challenging 30+°C temperatures, but the family friendly pool was great with a bar next to it, and shelter from nearby trees for the loungers. The restaurant has plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal (We weren't full board). I would have liked more labels for some of the sauces available and the kitchen staff were not too familiar with English to explain. The butter and margarine is situated too far away from the nice selection of breads. The evening meal waiting staff are very fast and bring drinks quickly. Constructed 1970s, the room decor is somewhat retro but the bed was very comfortable! The hexagon shapes all aspects of the architecture and will appeal to folk who liked to watch Thunderbirds when they were younger. I was disappointed when Lady Penelope didn't arrive, chauffered by Parker in the pink Rolls Royce! Heads-up: Do check the website. We didn't, and we were surprised that tap water wasn't available for Evening Meal. There was a small bottle of still water in the room when we arrived, but no teabags and coffee sachets (We brought some teabags). Bring lots of 2 pin adapters for your 3 pin electrical items for the two sockets in the main room, and the one in the bathroom. Go to the very helpful Reception staff if you require a small electric kettle, and a cup of long life milk can be obtained from the bars. The empty room fridge is handy for bottles of purchased water and cool drinks.

Amazing location, out of the main resort, next to a nature reserve and 5mins from a lovely beach with bars and the usual shops. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The communal areas are all fairly modern but the bedrooms are dated, however they are very well cleaned and maintained so for the amount of time you spend in them it really isn't an issue. The pool area has plenty of fixed parasols around the pool and loads of trees on the grass areas for shade. A huge amount of sunbeds with very few people putting towels on them, and you definitely won't not get one (later in the day you might struggle to get one in the shade!). The staff are amazing, very friendly and happy to help. Evening entertainment is good on the whole but can be a little hit and miss, but there are a couple of local bars within walking distance with live music. Food was a standard hotel mass catering affair, we've visited 3 times and 2026 the food seemed a lot better with clearer themed nights and always something for the whole family. A great hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
