We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are really very nice, friendly and very helpful, especially the pool bar staff. The location is fantastic, right at the seafront and all shops, restaurants and bars all within easy reach - pretty much below the hotel. The beach is in front of the hotel and other areas are very very close e.g. tram stop to Soller (right), boat hire (left and right) and boat trips (right) The room was nice, bit small but who spends their holiday in a room. I wasn’t a fan of the restaurant as sometimes the food was a bit cold. One of the staff, a larger old man was so helpful with my wife as she is coeliac and can’t have gluten, he would show her what she can have and also already have desserts ready for her that he knew were gluten free to prevent cross contamination. Legend. This place is very accessible to people in wheelchairs - the pool area has a steep ramp so they can also enjoy the pool area. I highly recommend this place to everyone but those looking for adult only hotels, I’d choose another one.

Our stay at Hotel Eden was better than we could have expected! Lola at the check in desk was so kind and helpful with all the info we needed and welcomed us with a smile and was patient with our attempts to speak in the local language which was so appreciated. The room was beautiful and clean, we had a stunning ocean view to wake up to every morning that we loved. The air conditioning was great when we needed a break from the heat! We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop bar and enjoying the clean pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing and the service and staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The Roof top bar is fabulous and adults only, which is a nice touch, great to watch the sunsets. The buffet breakfast was good, not great coffee though. I did feel sorry for the staff, as their uniform was not suitable for the heat, especially the team that worked in the pool bar. White tops and long Cotten shorts would be better. Apart from that, everything else was amazing, I would highly recommend. X

Superior sea view room enhanced by 1st floor location delivering a huge terrace with amazing views. Everything was sparkly clean and well organised. Breakfast buffet offered lots of choices and was constantly refreshed. The location, however , was the real star across from the beach. We are not pool people. It was pretty busy anyway so the beach on your doorstep was great. We had a late flight home. Hotel offers a superb facility that one can book for 30 minutes with two excellent showers, twin sinks and WC with fresh towels free of charge to freshen up for the trip home. Top marks. Final comment, friendly staff, helpful and cheerful, especially in the bars and reception. Would recommend as a hotel that doesn’t pull any punches delivering a good product.

So pleased we chose to stay here. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they made the stay even better. The rooms and balconies are spacious, so clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect for everything especially the beach which was beautiful. Highly recommend.
