Fantastic hotel with amazing pools for the kids. Worth it alone for the amount of time they spent here. Got to be up before 8 to get beds by the pool, otherwise will have to settle for table and chairs by the bar/stage. Rooms don’t have a load of space for putting clothes but can tell they’ve been done up recently and cleaned thoroughly. Staff are fantastic and make a big effort with the kids.

This year was the third time we'd stayed at Pollensa Park. The location of the hotel is fantastic and generally it was a good stay, but some things were frustrating. This was the first time we'd encountered sun bed wars here. You need to be up before 7 / 8 am if you want to be by the pool. Generally, the hotel staff are lovely but some, a minority, seem to have an attitude. I get it's near the end of season and it's been extremely hot, but it's not fair when you're polite and respectful to them. There's a weirdness about ordering coffee with some staff. They tell you the machine is broken or that they don't serve espresso to AI guests, but you then see them making cappuccinos for each other on the same machine they say isn't working. So, it's near impossible to get a nice coffee. And, you're left feeling awkward when some staff refuse to make you one. This was raised with the management team by multiple guests but continued for the 10 days we stayed there. Really odd. Similarly, when we asked about arranging a late checkout we were told "that's not possible". But another family were told yes, and that there were six free rooms available. They were a larger family group. Again, as a family who had stayed here multiple times, I'd expect a better level of service. This felt like a case of the particular receptionist not wanting to help. We stayed on the 8th floor in the 'old' part of the hotel. It was like an oven and the air con through the night wasn't fit for purpose. The food was ok. There's a lot of pork. Quality protein can be a struggle to find. The cakes are amazing. Whoever makes them is brilliant! To finish on a positive note, most of the hotel team are brilliant and they work really hard. Often they're not thanked by other guests, this wasn't nice to see. The Reception team is not so good - not sure why the attitude - front of house team members should be nicer and more helpful. The animation team is excellent - well done all! We love Puerto Pollensa so I'm disappointed to say I'm not sure if we'll return to this hotel again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and overall the experience was very positive. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and perfectly suitable for a family stay. I would especially highlight the common areas, where we were able to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment team. They did an excellent job, offering activities for both adults and children. Thanks to them, our days were full of fun, games, and great moments. The animators were energetic and approachable, making everyone feel included and encouraged to participate. My children really enjoyed the kids’ activities, while the adults also found plenty of enjoyable options to spend our time. It’s clear that the entertainment team puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into their work. In summary, it was a very enjoyable family experience. It’s an ideal hotel for those looking to relax, have fun, and create special memories together. I would definitely recommend it, and we would happily return in the future.

Had a week here and can't fault a thing. Room was tidy and refreshed daily. Hotels was spotless. I had booked b&b, breakfast choice was excellent, they literally have everything you can imagine for morning time. As a chef in hotels myself I have a keen eye and know what goes on behind the scenes. Keep up the excellent work and be very proud of your employees. Thanks again for a wonderful week at your lovely hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days with my husband and our 5-year-old child. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there are a few things that I think could definitely be improved. Hotel & rooms The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, with no major complaints. The cleaning ladies were lovely and very friendly. One thing I really don’t understand is why water is not provided in the rooms. We received one bottle on arrival, but after that the fridge was empty every day. I would expect basic drinking water to be included, especially with an all-inclusive package. I obviously don’t mind buying water myself, but it seems strange that I have to buy something as basic as drinking water when I am not asking for alcoholic drinks. Sunbeds We managed to get sunbeds every day because we went down very early, before breakfast, and went straight to the pool afterwards. However, the situation itself is quite ridiculous. There are clearly more guests than available sunbeds, which means people have to get up early and compete for them. There is plenty of space that could be used, especially around the children’s pools. Even the grass area at the back could easily accommodate additional sunbeds so guests wouldn’t have to race each other in the morning. Food The food was actually one of the biggest positive surprises. Everything was fresh and the quality was very good. My only criticism is breakfast. The hot buffet is very focused on the English breakfast, which is understandable given the number of British guests, but I travelled from the UK specifically to have a holiday abroad — I don’t really want to eat an English breakfast every morning. 😅 There was a very good selection of fruit and fresh bread, but after 9 days the breakfasts became quite repetitive as they were basically the same every day. It Should be more continental. Kids’ club & entertainment The kids’ club could be improved. Some crayons were broken and the air conditioning was very strong. Daytime activities were okay, but the evening entertainment was rather weak. Aquapark The aquapark was one of the hotel’s biggest strengths — fantastic and perfect for children around 5–6 years old. The playground next to it was also great for the evenings. Unfortunately, one of the token-operated arcade machines wasn’t working properly. Location & surroundings The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach nearby. We especially enjoyed the live music along the promenade, particularly in the cocktail bars — it added a great atmosphere. Drinks Unfortunately, the drinks were disappointing. Some were far too strong and sweet, although the sangria was good. I also wanted to try some local Majorcan liqueurs, but only one was available. Ice cream The ice cream situation was disappointing too. Despite a large poster showing many options, only around five were actually available and had to be paid for separately, with some costing over €3. For an all-inclusive hotel, I find this excessive. The included ice creams were very small and basic. The same applies to the drinks — if something is advertised as part of all-inclusive, it should actually be enjoyable and drinkable. BBQ dinner The BBQ dinner was excellent, with very good meat and fish options. The only thing missing was some Spanish or Mexican music to create a better atmosphere.
