I had a lovely, restful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out everyone working were lovely. The hotel has some brilliant people and some fantastic facilities. The pool was brilliant, and even though I was travelling solo without kids I could appreciate how amazing this hotel is if you have children. I am impressed by the on site facilities for cyclists, although I didn't use any. Next year maybe. The breakfast options were varied, and something for everyone. The fresh pancakes were especially tasty. My only gripe, if any, was the room I stayed in was dated. But the bed was comfy, the pillows fluffy, and housekeeping fantastic. The view however, made up it for it in e every way, a breathtaking sunrise every day.

Five night stay. Weather glorious, very hot. Hotel is more 3 star than 4. Air con in room almost non-existent. Room was tiny. We had a third bed in for our 10 year old and it was essentially a room with a three person bed in, with access on one side and the end. Balcony ok, good view over the bay and the town. We were on the 6th floor, you’re not seeing much on floors 1-3 - beware. Entertainment was not good; the day time team or the evening acts. There was half hearted things like “water olympics” (pool fitness) and archery twice a day, but the staff looked like they really couldn’t be bothered. Night time acts were quite poor. Food was very poor, usual holiday buffet fare but a lot of tinned produce and poorly executed. The pool bar burger meat quality is about the worst I have ever experienced. Wine at meals was decent and paid drink prices very reasonable. We went half board which meant we could fold in better food from some great local restaurants in the port and the old town (don’t miss it!). Location is fantastic and the beach is really good, just 5 minutes walk away. Hotel pool is decent and kids have a pretty good mini slide set-up. Getting sunbeds and shade wasn’t a problem, but I think that was mainly down to the hotel not being very busy with it being back end of UK half terms. No sunbed rules, so could get tasty when busy. Pre-breakfast bed towel reserve monkeys in full operation. Service was the usual European mixed bag - some great, a lot indifferent. Room cleaning was first class. Overall, pay 3 star rates, expect that level and get some decent food away from the hotel - this is a good option.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and overall the experience was very positive. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and perfectly suitable for a family stay. I would especially highlight the common areas, where we were able to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment team. They did an excellent job, offering activities for both adults and children. Thanks to them, our days were full of fun, games, and great moments. The animators were energetic and approachable, making everyone feel included and encouraged to participate. My children really enjoyed the kids’ activities, while the adults also found plenty of enjoyable options to spend our time. It’s clear that the entertainment team puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into their work. In summary, it was a very enjoyable family experience. It’s an ideal hotel for those looking to relax, have fun, and create special memories together. I would definitely recommend it, and we would happily return in the future.

Had a week here and can't fault a thing. Room was tidy and refreshed daily. Hotels was spotless. I had booked b&b, breakfast choice was excellent, they literally have everything you can imagine for morning time. As a chef in hotels myself I have a keen eye and know what goes on behind the scenes. Keep up the excellent work and be very proud of your employees. Thanks again for a wonderful week at your lovely hotel.

Lety Developer (I think was her name) Marco and Nikolai were wonderful at the kids club. This was our first holiday as a young family and they were wonderful. Little one was a bit young to get the full experience from them but for what they could do they made it a lot easier at times. Bar staff were wonderful as were the restaurant staff and cleaners. Lifeguards were also great... the English bloke he was a tad abrasive
