I wouldn’t touch this hotel again if I was paid to go! Honestly what a joke of a hotel! It’s labelled as an ocean view hotel, funny because our room was over a supermarket opposite a bar that’s open til 3am. They first refused to move us, said they were full, until easyJet got involved and suddenly they found a room for us. The door was hanging off its hinges so we didn’t feel secure and the balcony on the lower floor could easily be climbed onto. Not safe at all! Our second room wasn’t much better, the shower flooded the room every time we used it, and the room itself was a basic 2 star if that. The bathroom door is a slide along so you can’t actually close it fully, left us with no privacy when using the bathroom! A fridge so small it only fit a couple of bottles, the pillows and blankets were like tissue and the mattresses kill your back. Sockets didn’t work and the room needed a good scrub! The whole hotel was actually very dirty, corridors and communal areas scuffed and black with muck. The food is vile. VILE. Don’t even bother! Meat and cheese was dripping wet and soggy so we didn’t touch that. Croissants and bread left out too long so they were stale and hard. Pancakes burnt. We visited every morning and never found a meal worth eating. The only positive is how close you are to the main Palma nova strip, however if you what’s relaxing week don’t pick this one! It’s literally in the middle of all the bars and restaurants, fine for us but so noisy all night long! Don’t waste your money or your time! The staff have no desire to help, they’re rude and unwelcoming. Never ever again!

Lovely staff on reception and Anna at breakfast and dinner makes you feel so welcome she is a real credit to the hotel. The location is perfect we had a room above the bar it was so lovely sat outside on balcony listing to music and it all finished before midnight and we found it very relaxing. The hotel could do with a bit of updating and pool was very green all around the tiles this didn’t put us off our stay and we would stay here again. Thank you very much

Just returned from a last minute 4 night stay here and it was a gem of a hotel. The room was modern, spacious and spotless and the room maid was faultless and friendly. We had a lovely view of mountains, mini golf behind hotel and part view of the sea. Took a little while to get checked in because the receptionist had trouble printing copies of our passports which would have been OK but she didn't communicate with us and was quite stony faced, but was maybe just under pressure. One small 4 person lift which was very small and inadequate for size of hotel. Dining room was very well appointed, the main waitress was a star, very friendly, professional and quick and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening buffet, for what it cost, was value for money. Nice pool area, kept very clean and obviously quiet because adults only. Gym on rooftop light and airy and quite large and well kitted out but nearly all the machines were in need of repair so mostly had to rely on free weights. This definitely needs sorting if they are to continue to advertise the gym. Although we didn't use it, the hot tub appeared to be in good condition and clean and was situated in a nice spot. The hotel cocktail bar out front, Olivias, was a lovely ambiance and good selection of cocktails and drinks and food in the evening and live music some evenings but the service, although pleasant and friendly, was very slow and quite frustrating. Location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite beach and in the middle of the main street of restaurants and bars and shops and only 20 minutes from the airport. All in all a gem of a hotel for the price.

Hotel Agua is definitely not the nicest hotel I stayed at, but the staff that worked there, the breakfast, and just general amenities made it a very good choice. I would stay here again. The room was decent enough, the bathroom needed a little extra love (moldy) and the rooms were dated but the beds were soo comfortable. The pool needs to be repaired as the tiles are missing and it did hurt someone's foot, but it was nice and refreshing. I also loved that I could order a smoothie and add rum to it, right at the pool. The breakfast was the best I had the entire 3 week Spain trip! I am still thinking about it!!

We had a ok stay. Great location. Rooms are dates ; but very clean and spacious. We had to book two rooms, we asked for them to be close to each other but they weren't. We asked to move the next day but they said to come back the day after, but we couldn't then be bothered. The staff are friendly. We were in rooms above the shops, the corridors are very smelly (damp), rooms are fine. Breakfast was good, nice selection and plenty for everyone. Loved being right by the beach.
