While the property itself has a few redeeming qualities, our overall experience at the Hilton Bali Resort fell well short of expectations for a hotel of this tier. The culinary offerings here are genuinely awful across the board: The Restaurants: The buffet option is wildly overpriced for what it offers at IDR 625,000 per person (without drinks). To make matters worse, wines are served warm, and virtually every dish is overwhelmingly spicy. Misunderstood Western Options: The Western menu suffers from a complete lack of execution. For instance, serving a spicy paella clearly shows a lack of understanding of classic European dishes. Café Hours & Nighttime Options: The coffee shop closes early at 9:00 PM. If you want a late-night coffee or a sweet treat after dinner, you are entirely out of luck. The physical layout is very good. The rooms are fine, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the pool area is enjoyable. The staff members are always smiling, but warmth doesn't compensate for a lack of genuine efficiency. When it came to resolving actual requests or issues, they were unfortunately not very helpful. Kids activities are ok but also designed for boredom. The bright spot is an slide in the swimming pool that my children used 1000 times. But forget about plain kids menu or fun activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Bali. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered an amazing spread with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. There were plenty of excellent choices for dinner, and having lounge access was a wonderful addition to our stay. It was the perfect way to start the evening before heading out to enjoy the many dining options available. Many pool area and gardens- beautifully maintained, making it easy to spend an entire afternoon relaxing and enjoying the resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the entire property was kept in immaculate condition. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We had a fantastic experience and would happily return on our next trip to Bali. Highly recommended

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a suite and then a villa for a few nights. Our ocean view from the suite was beautiful. We loved our villa experience. The pools were very clean. Staff were friendly and very responsive. I was very impressed by the breakfast buffet, they had a wide selection of preferences for Gf, dairy free, and vegan. Our excursions through the hotel were seamless. I would recommend staying here.

The resort is just a dream. But the service is what will make us come back many more times. The staff is the best you can find, nice, polite and ready to help. My kids loved the place too. Kids club could be improved with an outdoor playground- without separation from parents. Hama sei restaurant was my favourite. Fine sining experience and the food is top level. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing yet amazing stay.

Best 1990s feel of American-made construction! Located on the cliff with great views! Smaller beach area, but it's a joint with other resorts' beach areas that gives plenty of space for a walk. Breakfast buffet has lots of options. Restaurants and bars have tasty and well-put-together menus.The hotel offered plenty of space for guests, and the pools and rooms were clean and spacious. However, we noticed some mosquitoes and cockroaches in our room. Mosquito repellent was provided, which was helpful to use. Unfortunately, the shampoo and soap set was old and expired, and the staff refused to replace it. We ended up having to purchase our own soap., otherwise great stay!
