H10 Casa Del Mar is a beautiful hotel, in an excellent location for the beach, shopping, bars, and regular buses to places such as Palma and Port Andraxt. It has a large central pool and sunbathing area with plenty of sun loungers, together with a lovely rooftop Infiniti pool and bar area which was a relaxing viewpoint for the bay and to watch the sunset. The Reception staff were exceptional. Always smiling and ready to help with all questions such as suggestions for places for us to visit. The food was very good, again, with friendly, personable staff. I particularly liked the facility for freshly cooked omelettes and fish, with the most lovely lady greeting us. Juan, the Entertainments Manager was a real asset. Very helpful and friendly which included guiding us to the local market which we would otherwise have known nothing about. A really wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thankyou to all the team. In

Margarita, Maribel and Carlos in the restaurant were very friendly: 5 stars service ! The best ones ! Every breakfast and dinner were a blast ! Very good experience. They made us feel welcome and almost at home. Also the food was nice, a lot of choice for everyone’s taste. Location of the hotel is a must. Beachfront. Everything is at walking distance. Roof top is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Spa is nice and a great addition to the overall experience. The only negative point was the temperature of the swimming pool which was very cold so impossible to go in. Reception team is very friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. Good customer service. We highly recommend and we will definitely come back again.

An amazing location. Right on the beachfront with incredible views. The rooftop pool and bar make this place. The actual room is very small and dated, we had booked a pool view and initially were “upgraded” to a “lateral sea view” which was really a view of the bins and the McDonald’s next door. This was quickly resolved and we were placed in a pool view room which was fine. Needs a bit of a facelift & is generally a small room. The beds are VERY hard. I like a firm mattress personally but this was beyond. When we asked about if there was anything we could do about the mattress we were offered an extra duvet to put on top. Not enough loungers & bear in mind the pool is in the shade for a large portion of the day. You have to pay extra (I think €60 ish) if you want to use the Bali beds. The rooftop pool made the stay but I probably wouldn’t return. I would say ok for 3 nights but any longer and your back won’t thank you!

Visited H10 Casa del Mar for 4 nights in April 2026. The hotel is very well located with beachfront location and is close to all bars/restaurants and shops. Hotel and rooms/facilities are modern and to a high standard. We loved having option of indoor pool with sauna and gym as it was slightly too cold for outdoor pool. Both outdoor pools looked fantastic though! We opted for breakfast, the choice of food and quality was excellent. Best buffet breakfast ive had when on holiday! We spent an afternoon at the rooftop section was which provided the most stunning views and infinity pool overlooking the beach. Drinks were lovely! Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We got a complimentary upgrade to our room to a side sea view which was a nice touch and a bottle of prosecco as it was my sisters birthday which was very kind. We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

The hotel is truly wonderful. It offers beautiful views, has a modern design, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention the thoughtful birthday gift from the hotel — a bottle of prosecco — which made my stay even more special. The view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the sea at sunset. The breakfasts were also very delicious and definitely a highlight of the stay. Daily housekeeping was also a big plus, and the hotel has a spa, which is a great bonus for relaxation. However, there were a few downsides. The cleaning was not always thorough, and it felt like the room hadn’t had a proper deep cleaning in quite some time. Towels were changed occasionally, but the bed linen was not, which is a significant drawback. Despite these issues, I would definitely return to this hotel. The advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages. I would also come back just for their toiletries — the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion completely won me over.
